I can't recommend this store highly enough - smart, friendly, helpful staff who saved me the cost of a new iPod, because I thought mine was shot. My iPod and iTunes had been malfunctioning on and off for months, and all the troubleshooting I felt confident to attempt on my own wasn't helping at all. I took both my iPod and my laptop into the store this morning, where a few different employees offered help and suggestions. When they finally decided that the issue was likely just a corruption in my iTunes software that was messing up the connection with my iPod, they walked me through how to properly uninstall and reinstall the programs I needed, how to manually tell my iTunes and iPod what to sync, and helped me out by showing me the best installation driver to use. They figured out what the problem was, helped me fix it (I took the iPod and laptop home, made the changes they suggested, and they're working fine now!), and did it all for free! read more
