we went to AT&T yesterday to change our cell provider from Verizon. att had the best plans for older people. We don't text or talk too often. We were greeted the moment we came to the door, escorted to a table and asked how they could help us. It was the acting manager who started our new plan and how much it would cost us. We are do sorry to say we don't remember his name. However, once he had started the process he handed us off to Kristina who was a lovely women from Brazil. She only hade a slight accent and we were able to under stand everything she said. She explained new plan to us. She did not try to push us into some thing we did not want. She was efficient and explained everything. I would recommend Kristina to anyone going to AT&T. Also the entire store was welcoming and inviting asking us how they could help.. I see a few very negative comments from others and I'm amazed they had so many bad comments. It could be the time they were at the store. We are retired and were there at 1:45 On Friday. We appreciated the fact that Kristina did not try act like she knew everything, but called on help when she needed it. I have 40 years of experience working in customer service positions so I have high expectations when I comes to service. We were every pleased with our experience at this store!! read more

I have never (and I mean never) been treated as well by someone in customer service as I was by Devin. He not only helped us purchase and set up a new phone, but corrected some setup mistakes and cleaned our phone up like it was his own. Go there. Ask for Devin. See for yourself. read more

Pretty negative experience. Half of the phones werent charging and were dead, wanted to check put some newer options as my phone is several years old but couldnt. Nome of the charging banks were working. Lackluster greeting when I entered that made me want to walk out. The whole system was also down so I couldnt really see any options I might have. Devin working was a good help, no one else looked or paid attention really to customers entering and loomed angry at being at work. I presented a novel problem to the store employee who helped me and he went above and beyond to help. We did not find a solution, yet, but I appreciated how invested he was in helping me. In short, the SIM card on my account does not allow me to connect to the internet even though it appears to be working properly. At this point I give the store kudos for help but have to ding them a bit for not resolving the issue. Of course, compared to the online assistance, he was magnificent. read more

Had a bad experience here. They mislead about the price of plans and the several hidden fees that come along with it. Kept getting answers like "I don't know" when asked about the price of the plan and phone per month. Avoid this location if you can read more

The store recommends appointments, but also accommodates walk-ins. The technicians clean the tables between appointments. The employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We went in to check into adding lines to an existing account or possibly purchase a phone with a new line. We didn't have any issues. The prices are too high in my opinion. read more

Worst AT&T store I have ever been in. I went in for a accessory swap out that I thought would be quick. One employee working and the other let everyone know he wasn't on the clock as he played on his phone. I understand not working while being on the clock but you have 8 customers in the store waiting someone should make an executive decision. The one employee that was working just seemed to be taking his time out of every customer until the other guy clocked in. Zero stars if I could. Good luck getting anything done at this location. Not enough employees to handle customer volume. Smh. Whoever is the manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves for lack of coverage. Everytime i try to come in here and get anything done i have to leave because i never get help because there always a stupid wait time. Done with this location. People have things they need to do, not stand around in a store while 2 people try to help 10 customers in the building. Either hire more people or schedule more people to be available to help. If you can't well, then close the doors because your losing business. Ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait over an hour just to speak to someone. Dumb dumb dumb. The customer service was awful. After being ignored from the moment I walked in the door! Once I was help an hour later I still left frustrated and unsatisfied. The manager was no better, she answer my question with an attitude, she was more concerned about putting up the Christmas tree. My phone broke within less than a year! I made a claim in store myself, only option they had we me was to go to Battery Plus across the street to see if that's the problem until my phone is mail out to me 6 days because of Christmas. I ask for a loaner phone or for 2 day shipping be paid due to it wasn't my fault. I was told that wasn't something they offer!!! read more

The customer service here was so poor, it actually compelled me to download this app in order to write a review. Talk about a terrible experience. Firstly, good luck getting the attention of any of the associates working here. I understand that they might get busy helping other customers, but how about acknowledging people when they walk into the store? I've been here twice, and both times, I stood there for at least 10-20 minutes without a simple "hey, be right with you" or even simple eye contact. The first time, after waiting about 16 minutes, no one said a word. Then, after about 3 other people walked in after me, someone finally steps up to say "Okay, who's next?". And then, people are fighting over the order. Hey morons, how about a sign in sheet, or having your employees actually look UP and see who's coming in? The second time, I got absolutely nothing. Saturday afternoon, walk in, wait about 20 minutes, nothing. Not a hello, not a single word spoken. I got tired of waiting and went to the Walmart across the street and got the charger I was looking for in 3 minutes flat. TLDR: the customer service at this store is non-existent. Good luck getting the attention of an associate. If the store fills up, be prepared to argue over who was next, because the associates sure don't know or care. Don't even bother going. read more

He had excellent customer service and he took time to set up my account properly and he went above and beyond to help me fix my information and set up the employee discount. I am an att customer. I have their uverse service their internet and cell phones. I went into this store to upgrade my cell phone after two years of using it. My phone is in good shape still holds a charge still works really well but I wanted to upgrade to the 850$ iPhone 6s+. I wanted to trade in my old phone and get just enough to cover taxes and activation fees 50-100 bucks is what I figured for a phone that was 600+ just two years ago. The sales man said it would be worth $50 I agreed to take that and he said he had to get managers approval to process it. He walks away for a minute then comes back and says they wouldn't take my phone on trade because if you squeeze the screen really hard you could see the slightest flex and that disqualified the phone because of a "possible" swelled battery. I told them if they weren't going to do the trade that I wasn't going to buy the phone and they acted as if they could care less. They even went as far as to say let me get the door for you. It's a hell of a thing to have a company you give almost 400$ a month to for services act as if they couldn't care less about you over $50. Screw that manager and AT&T. read more

Worst AT&T store I have ever been in. Waited 3 hours with one customer ahead of me. I had my grandson with me and by the time they got to me I was mentally and physically exhausted. Joel lied about the $35 lifetime warranty on the phone cover. He put it on never took. So when went to replace its $12.99 for a lifetime. Begged at me to change my truly lifetime plan to the new one. Was tired and finally gave in. He gave 1G of data between my daughter and I ran out the 2nd month. Complained to the "18" y/o manager and wow! Backed his bro ! Totally never went to customer service training! Called the main # and they took care of me and even gave me $ credit bc he was pissed that he gave 2 people only 1G. The main guy was a supervisor and was reporting the store. Said Joel didn't know what he was doing. read more
