Transaction took a long time to no fault of their own but appreciated their customer service and professionalism.

They didn't carry the exact item we wanted and Christian proceeded to tell us about upgrading options for our phones and internet. I was about to shut him down since I have been subjected to the hard sales pitch in the past from other similar enterprises, but something about Christian's attitude kept us interested He gave us options for upgrading our phones, which we weren't interested in, but then he started explaining to us some Internet options since we are currently with a competitor and he had mentioned he could do much better than their pricing. I must say that Christian was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy or overbearing he was not into the hard sell. He clearly was looking for ways to help us reduce our cost for service services. We listened to what he said, and agreed to a trial run, which he said would be at no charge, which I found extremely interesting. He then gave us his personal cell number and said if we had any issues or questions he would be glad to help. Christian made this a personal experience rather than a corporate shoving it down your throat experience. If everything works out as he explained it would Verizon would get a new customer for Internet and if it doesn't work out as he said, he mentioned that he could easily reverse anything that had been set up without us receiving any bills for it. So far we highly recommend Christian and this particular branch of Verizon. Hopefully everything he discussed will prove to be accurate but at least for now we are quite happy with his presentation.

It only took me from February 21st until March 27th but I did it! Perseverance & NOT willing to give up bc I knew they were slime balls right from the second they gave me a hard time about returning their overpriced phone. I'm glad the manager quit, I wouldn't want to work for a store that screw's customers over either! They should fire the DSM Shelby & the grubby looking dude with the unkept beard! This is a small area & rumor's travel fast. If the store itself doesn't go out of business it will when rumor's spread & people write bad reviews! I will & have been going around to people I know & people I don't know that BUYER BEWARE bc you will regret it!! I had to jump through so many hoops to FINALLY get MY money back! 11 different phone numbers, Verizon call center's, Verizon customer care services, Verizon customer service s, Verizon enterprise customer care services, Verizon sales, Verizon wireless services. Each of of these "SERVICE'S" I had to call several times over & over again. Do you know how frustrating that is??? VERY! The last phone number I called was, get this.... Verizon account specialist but I had to speak to at LEAST 6 different "specialists" until I received a verification after the BS of having go through their procedure to get my money back!!! So if you want to get screwed over then step right into those doors, bc you most certainly will!

A quick search yielded these guys who were along our route, and we made the quick stop. And were the first ones there when the doors opened that morning. Don't let the location or look of the shop fool you, these guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had a pretty good product selection - I got my used iPhone 7 at a good price (it looked almost brand new). And the counter guy even helped me switch SIM cards, and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. We were in and out in 20 minutes, and continued along our drive without missing a beat. Sadly, we don't live nearby or I would be a more frequent customer. If you live in the area, then this should be on your list of handy resources for your cell and tablet needs. Keep up the good work guys.

Not long before closing up shop sometime in March 2019, I had my iPhone battery replaced. It was $79.99. Within a month, something in my phone starts rattling around. A short time after that the phone had issues accepting the power to the form the lightening cable. I called Phone Wizard who I discovered had gone belly-up. So I took it elsewhere. These folks opened up my phone and told me the following: "Your battery is is barely connected by a tiny power cord to the rest of the phone. That's what rattling around. Also, whoever put the battery in gave you a used battery that was literally glued in place." Totally unacceptable. I had to pay $60 for another (new) battery because the good folks at Phone Wizard seemingly had at best had no clue what they were doing, or at worst willfully screwed me over. Shame on these people and their business practices.
