On 8/22 I was told to come in and talk to the manager of the store. when I got there I waited for him to come back from lunch which was fine. However, when he did come back, there was also a lady who came in with him who was also a manager. She approached me asking what I needed and I told her that I was told to come up there to talk to a manager about working there. They guy then spoke to me and said he was going to put his food in the back and he'd be right back. The lady came back out and told me that he wouldn't be able to see me today in a rude nonchalant way. Asked for my name and email. She seemed as if she had an attitude with me. They honestly don't know what they are doing when it comes down to WiFi it's literally a controlled scam they will have you pay add a card to auto and still get your name and phone number wrong where you won't be able to have your account asses then they don't answer the phone when you call I had returned my WiFi before the free trial the WiFi actually sucked had it for two days turned it back in guess what I had to turn it to ups then a month later they take my money 212 dollars when I don't have the equipment and they tell me to call 1-800 I've been on the phone from 8-2:30 still haven't resolved nothing worse place ever now I know why they got 2 stars y'all be careful after they take your money you won't get it back this place need to be shut down since everything is 1-800 let the have the store read more

On Aug. 1st, 2023, my spouse went in to pay our U-Verse bill and was helped by "Mia" . The women made a few strange comments about the bill not be due and putting the money on credit. We had the bill and paid cash. On Aug. 28th 23, we received a late notice saying the bill hadn't been paid and there was going to be a late fee of $10. We called and "Mia" told my spouse to come back to the store, once there they questioned him on account number and told him there wasn't anything they could do since he wasn't onethe account. He left and went to the Bremen store where the MANAGER worked with him for almost 5 yes 5 hours! They tried everything including calling multiple parts of AT&T itself. After he got home, he called AT&T again and stayed on the phone over 3 hours with no help except being told it happen at that store and they will have to straighten it out. After the call he called the store again and ask for the manager and got that he was busy but the employee who a answered told us to call the Newnan, ga store that they had more power. So WE had to look up the number and when we called the manager there was irate and said he wished that the store would quit telling people to call them as they were the same, The manager there told us to call AT&T Loyalty (VERY HARD TO GET THROUGH!!!!) once there a nice lady called the store and the told the manager things need fixed and let him know I am bedridden and on hospice and my spouse IS on the account. We were told to GO back to the store (now at almost 6pm ANOTHER LONG DRIVE THERE AND BACK) My spouse got there and the manager was not happy to see him and got mad for us calling LOYALITY. I was told he got on the phone and WOULD NOT TALK IN HEARINF DISTANCE and came back saying he had to receive a email and for my spouse to come back today (8/23/23) aboutthe same time. (GO BACK AT ALMOST CLOSING??) My spouse ask about calling around 1pm . We called at 3pm and got the manager was in a meeting. Called back after 5pm and manger was busy promised to call. At 6 until almost 8 I was on the phone with AT&T again and very little help. Never recieved a call and will have to start again in the morning. My spouse was told atthe second AT&T store that this same employee had messed up over 4 payments and customers had come to them for help. AVOID! I parked my truck and trailer in parking in a COMPLETELY EMPTY store. i am am a AT&T customer already. Denied me service because I was told to move my truck FIRST! Ought to sued for discrimination. These male jerks would rather tell a lady to move her vehicle in a COMPLETELY empty store (so empty parking lot) for kicks than to provide service. I left Employee was laughing, smiling and waving goodbye with his right hand stretched high above his head. in their giant picture window, At no time did another customer arrive or did I ever block the drive. Cameras outside and inside store. I called back to get his name and was told by Dustin he wasn't going to give me his name. When I said It would have taken you 90 seconds to have fixed my problem he said "it would has taken you 90 seconds to move." We came in on Wednesday to do some price shopping for a new cell phone plan. Shay was super helpful. We had to do a little more price comparisons, so we left. We came back tonight. No store employee greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. We waiting for 30 minutes, because we could see that the associates were busy. no concern with local store but with att as a company. they increased my bill increased my usage from 6 gb to 12 gb added 5 dollars a month i never asked for change i have a 30 month contract, contacted customer support and they stated they wound change back. next bill charges still there contacted support and was told there was nothing they could do, they offered a one time credit of 25 dollars,told customer support i would go back to verizon and he had no concern but all companys are doing the same thing so he said will be heading back to verizon soon read more
