Today I went online to upgrade a phone. i reserved the last one in stock and drove 45 minutes to pick it up. When I get to the ATT on John Jones road the sales person can't find the phone I reserved. Tells me that they have no more in stock and gives me a line about how the order is still pending and the system wasn't updated that's why it still showed there was one left in stock (At this point there showed none in stock). The kicker is 5 feet away there was another sales person selling and setting up the same phone model and color that I reserved. This not about the store, this is about the corporate. Called in to cancel service and was told I would be charged for another month of services, even though I just paid my bill four days ago. Tho is very unfair business practices. I'm going to be paying for another month that I won't be using their services. read more

Went into the location by Target here in Burleson, two employees there and both with customers, no problem I can wait. I just needed to get a new SIM card. The young lady finished with her customer asked what I needed then proceeded to tell me she was going to lunch and the young man would help me when he was done. And she left! What kind of customer service is that? Wow that would never fly in any retail place I ever worked. The young man was able to replace my SIM card and get me in my way. The store was supposed to open at 9:00 am. The door was not opened until at leas 5 min after. Every other business on the strip was opened at 9:00 am or before. My phone had a black screen. The "customer service rep" said I needed a new phone due to LED issues. He never touched my phone. He did verify that I have insurance on my phone. He provided me with a website to go to order a new phone. I asked him to help me as I'm older and sometimes need help with electronics. There were no other customers in the store. He told me many of his customers are old and to not pull that card. I asked him to help me set up an appointment at the apple store as they were asking for two factor authentication. 2nd was a test message. My phone screen is black so I cannot receive texts. He said he cannot help me. I threw the pen down I was using and left. I was in tears. I came home. My husband went to the ATT store on Wilshire. My phone was fixed in 2 minutes. I have never seen a person in customer service employee so ill suited to deal with customers and not care one bit about them. Sorry I bothered you today. Will not make that mistake again. read more

He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and helped me not only get the perfect phone but also upgraded my plan in a way that will save me money. Daniel @ AT&T Store in Burleson corner of Jones & Hwy 171 Target parking lot. (Drove from Cleburne, not too helpful there.) Young man, Daniel in Burleson store was so kind an patient with us. I ask for someone who could deal with dummies or old folks, because I am both when it comes to phones. Daniel was so helpful with solving my problems & teaching me a bit about using Apps on my phone. Once I absorbe this I think I will go back for another lesson from Daniel. Thank you Daniel for being so understanding, kind & patient with us old folks who didn't grow up with a computer in our hands. Came in with my phone that had a cracked screen on Sunday. My twins were tired but I was on call over the weekend and needed a new phone. I was trading in for a iPhone 14 which said that I could trade in my iPhone 11 for free. The agent, Austin, said that I could trade it in for that value. I upgraded the amount of data because of the cost being so low. I did not have enough time (30 minutes) to push my data over to the iPhone 14 so he said I could come back within 30 days to trade it in. One week later, the manager said that the phone is only worth $250 and would not approve of what Austin told me. Do not use this store. Their agents are either ignorant or trying to sell you. read more

Keifer was the salesman who helped me at this location and he was GREAT! He was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He got me out of there with the phone I wanted. I was told the iPhone 14+ was not in stock in any stores by someone in customer service, but he got me set up with the exact one I wanted. I was in and out in a timely manner as well. I have been a customer with AT&T for years. My husband and I went to look for new phones to buy. This man came up to us asked what we were looking for. We said just phones because clearly it's a phone store. I get It though with customer service and all. But; we have had androids and he is trying to sell us a iphone. Ok again we have had androids.. Like them whatever. So we walk over to the iPhones again to LOOK! The worker walks up to us and asks who we have for internet. Ok well we are not here for that, just for phones. And said we are good on internet. He then pushes even more and says well is it through us? Let me be clear AGAIN we are not here for internet.. Just phones. But thanks now we will not be returning to your dead store. read more

Phone went thru update and then just died. Took it to the store and I had replacement phone within 24 hrs with the insurance. Went back next day to have them switch my phone over. ALL 3 guys who work there were very friendly, knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service skills. All customers were greeted as soon as they entered the store. They made this experience a positive one. read more

Came in for a simple upgrade. Started my order and then it got busy. There was only one person working who was new. He was trying to help everyone at once. Messed up my order and I sat there for an hour and a half while he was helping other people and trying to fix my problem. Long story short was told I would have to call AT&T. Got nothing done except waste my time. read more

Terrible customer service! Timothy L was more interested in smoking outside of the store than helping us the only customers in the store with a trade in. He didn't even look at the phone before he was saying no, that we would be better off selling it through Craigslist or the market place. Ended up going to the ATT store in Gateway Station and they did the trade without a problem. Timothy L was more interested in smoking than helping customers. read more

Excellent location and service. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of the process, and the fact it wasn't a hassle to get in and out.

Suzanne at this store was not helpful at all. She was extremely rude and repeatedly kept saying "all I do is work here." She would offer us something and then decided to go ahead and do it then said "o I'm sorry I can't do that." She kept saying/offering stuff and then we couldn't do it all of a sudden, was rude the entire time, couldn't give or show me that we had to cancel the upgrade process. It was just a whole mess and ask for her DM to call me or someone and all she said was just call 611. I sure wish we could've got 2 new phones and also she got irritated when we kept asking her questions to look/change for us. Will never come back to this store. I will travel to Keller (store I normally go to). For better service. read more

We were not greeted when we came in. The two associates definitely need customer service training. We were referred to the AT&T store, by their phone representative. They were unable to bring up our account. The associate referred us back to the phone reps. He didn't attempt to help us further. The second rep was too interested in playing with her phone and watching Spongebob on the TV in the store. She did quite well singing along with the theme song. We decided to call the phone folks, while in the store. Explained our trouble accessing our account from the store. The the 1st then decided to call someone to try and trouble shoot the issue. If we had left the store, nothing would have gotten done. The most irritating thing, was having to ask the rep to call his manager or tech support. We had to ask him to help and provide options to him. read more
