Totally ignored they saw me and said nothing 5 of them at least. Not surprised by the low score. Verizon doesn't care like they use to. Seems to be a trend and I highly advise Verizon to fix it because they are going to lose me as a customer.

I went in to see if they could help me or what steps I could take if maybe I could upgrade my phone if need be. I didn't get the workers name so that's unfortunate, but she didn't know much and kept going to another associate to answer any question I asked her, which was annoying but it's fine. She gave me four options 1. Pay off the balance of the phone which was about 600 dollars. No thanks 2. Add another phone line and pay for just for both phones but only have one line, does that make sense? Ya, didn't to me either 3. Go to a phone repair shop and have them fix it (excuse me. what? ) 4. Shop around carriers since Verizon wasn't willing to help per this store. I went to T-Mobile since I was in tears not being helped . I have 2 small babies. I need a phone for mostly safety reasons . T mobile said if your phone is less than a year old (which I repeated to Verizon store over and over again) you can go to the apple, and they'll replace your phone since it's within the year apple warranty and he wasn't sure why Verizon didn't tell me that since it's what they tell there customers. I went to apple, and they replaced my phone in under 30 mins. In conclusion of this I really want to switch plans completely out of Verizon because they seriously didn't care to help or listen. Really disappointed with all the time was wasted.

When I called, the only option was to mail it in and I would not have my phone for 7-10 days. Can you even imagine your life without a phone for 10 days? So I went in search of other help, after 2 other failures at Same Day repair I landed in CPR with John. My hero. With nonchalance and a smile, he assured me that he could probably fix it and not to worry. He even had the part IN STOCK, and told me to come back in 90 minutes. When I did, IT WAS FIXED! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the effort and repair, Literally saved my sanity. Highly recommend this place and they have earned a client for life- with 7 phones in my home I am thrilled to finally have a place I trust. John, you are getting an invite to Thanksgiving!

When I get to the ATT on John Jones road the sales person can't find the phone I reserved. Tells me that they have no more in stock and gives me a line about how the order is still pending and the system wasn't updated that's why it still showed there was one left in stock (At this point there showed none in stock). The kicker is 5 feet away there was another sales person selling and setting up the same phone model and color that I reserved. I never write reviews but because of the dishonest practices of the sales people at this location I feel it's deserved

Was sent in by ATT after buying a Samsung S24 Ultra 4 days ago and it won't hold a charge and gets…read moreincredibly hot. Battery drains from 100 to less than 5% in around the hours, my 23 Ultra with the same usage would take an entire day or more to drain the battery that much. Guy at this location told me he's had a few other people with the same problem and that it's "just a 24 Ultra issue" and there's nothing he can do about it.
