AT&T Bryan location promised me and my husband a deal to turn in our phones for $350 credit towards new phones, they reviewed our old phones and said we are good to go to trade in. we transferred our data to our new phones and had 30 days to bring back our old phones after the transfer of our data finished ( takes a few hours which is why we brought it home). we brought back our old phones they decided then that it was no longer allowed to be traded anymore for the credit, only the value of the phone (which they said would be like $20). but it was also past 14 days so it was past the time to return the new phones. manager got involved as well and they didnt say anything other than staring at me, saying nothing and just waiting for me to respond and that " the previous person should've never accepted this due to a scratch in the glass". read more

Yesterday my iPhone was connect to my AT&T service. I could not use the phone at all. This morning I went to the AT&T store in Briarcrest and 29 Street. Ardy was the technician at look at my phone and he thought that could be the SIM card. He took a look and turn off the phone and waited 30 second and turn it on against. It connected to AT&T service and we tested the phone by call the store. The service was excellent and fast. read more

Time for an upgrade. Did research @ att.com that indicated the phone I decided on had 3 available at this location. Went in, associate said they only had black/purple which is good because it's the color I was looking for. She came back and said they only had blue. No apology, offer to order, or to even advise me there was another store I could check in CS. You would think if I have to pay $1k for a phone, customer service would be a good way to start winning people over. I'll keep my 6 year old phone for now. Wasn't all that keen about my bill going up $38 a month anyway. read more

Customer service at this store is lacking. First they don't listen to what the customers needs are and second they don't stand behind their mistakes. AT&T is a great company and I have been very pleased with all the stores I have been in. However I will never use this store location ever again. Been there 4 times and all 4 times they make you feel that your troubling them. Poor listening skills which by them not listening cost me more money on my bill. Then the can't correct it until the next bill. I will drive across town to handle my AT&T business in the future. read more

Went into the store a good while back expecting to buy a new phone. My old phone was acting up and dropping calls. It took me only about 3 minutes to see a rep. I told him was going on with the phone. I told I probably needed to get a new phone. He looked at it and said he thought he could fix it. It only took him about 5 minutes to reset everything. Saved me the cost of a new phone. He said no need to spend the money if it could be fixed. And they didn't charge me anything. read more

I went to the Briarcrest AT&T Wireless store late last fall to look at and try several of their display models. I was close by anyway, and the Rock Prairie store didn't have batteries in many of their display models. As soon as I walked in, I realized there was a gauntlet of sales staff I would have to dodge. Doh!, one of them sprung upon me from a lectern, like the reservation desk at a snooty restaurant, and tenaciously clung to me until I firmly reiterateded that I was just looking. This creepy guy kept eyeballing me between ambushing other customers. Two other salespeople swooped in while I inspected the display phones. I hate pushy sales tactics, so I dialed the last number dialed on every display phone within reach & switched them to speaker. I don't know who I dialed, or even if they really connected (did they have SIM cards?), and if it weren't unbearable having to dodge these jackals any longer, I might have found out, and maybe used the phones to call one another along the entire display! Avoid this experience. Buy your phone online, and if you must try a phone before buying, go to a different location, or Radio Shack. read more

Really great customer service. I hate it when people try to push me into something I just don't want. The guy that helped me buy my new iPhone 6 Plus didn't push me to buy anything I didn't want. He asked, of course, but once I said "no" he moved on and didn't harp on the issue. I really appreciate that. He made the process very simple. read more

I was switching from a post-paid to a pre-paid GO phone when I lost my phone. I was hesitant to go the pre-paid way, and said the same to the sales guy. he told me, i can return if i dont need it. i bought the cheapest among all go pohones (which came to $30 or so). when i wanted to return, the guy said there is re-stocking fee of $35 or something. when i tried to complain, he showed me the back of the receipt and asked me to read it. anyone would know that you can return a product in certain no. of days? does it make any sense to pay more for returning than keeping it? i was totally deceieved by their sales practice. i am not a millonaire but a college student to whom every penny counts read more
