Jeffrey is a rude associate. I won't be coming back to this store again. Rather go somewhere with friendlier customer associates.

I also highly recommend them over IGSM in Bellevue. IGSM was the place I went to the first time it cracked and it took longer to fix and they're also less professional + more expensive.

Before finding Jet City, we would've had to fix our computers or our phones at our workplace with IT professionals or going to places like geek squad. I'm so grateful that we now have some kind of assistance that is so smart and so fair in pricing . Everything they say you can assume is correct. These guys are so fair , straight- forward and so smart . They're always concerned with your bottom line , efficacy and saving you as much money as they can! I guarantee you that they will never overcharge you or upsell you . They always speak the truth and they fix your stuff in record time! my whole family and I will keep coming here for every "oh sxxx" moment with our computer or phone issues !'The guys working are so kind, extremely professional and overly polite . It's amazing . My senior mom come here every couple of months frazzled and they solve her computer problems -sometimes not even charging her for their services! I can't say enough good things about this team of miracle workers. if you've lost data because you can't find a file that you need, system corruption or any other reason , you've should really go here first and save yourself a lot of of time and headache cause these guys know what they're doing . I'm so grateful that they've been helping our family for at least five years with all of our various electronic problems -from the smallest to the largest, and at record time for really unbelievably fair prices! I don't know anything like this in Seattle. I'm totally amazed that they're still here and they're still charging low prices. It's amazing. If you have a problem with your electronics of any kind, don't second-guess it ! Instead, Calm down ...drive over to Jet city device repair as soon as possible. The service was professional and the associate who helped me gave me a professional/great service. It just the system they use to give you a price is messed up. I brought in a Dell Precision worth $3,800. But due to the pawn broker questions I was asked. Was only quoted $225. My question to all pawn shops like this one. What does it matter why I'm looking to sell my laptop? I could be trying to pay for a serious surgery for my best friend/pet who is otherwise dying. Or I could just be a drug addict needing my next fix. The worst part about my experience here is that, just like any other pawnshop, i was given the same drug addict/thief demeanor. And told that my legit products were worth nothing. Which I'm okay with, if my products are worthless to you and your business so be it. But don't try to advertise as paying top dollar for what electronics are worth whenever that's not the case. Your advertisement gives the false presumption that I wouldn't be treated like common pawn store trash for trying to resale my electronics. I can just an easily list them on platforms to get what they're worth. So thanks but you're just a pawn store that was an hour out of my way. If you're not already in the Bellevue or Bothell area. Don't bother making the trip. This business just found a location where tech is high and people got money. So they can buy cheap and resale high. Good luck.

APPLE @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking is available in any of their garages and parking structures, and it's completely free. It can get extremely busy especially on weekends. If you come on a weekday, it's not too bad and you should be able to find a spot fairly easily. On weekends, you will find parking, but it may take some time. There are multiple garages to choose from, but I'd recommend parking at either Macy's or Nordstrom for convenience. This was honestly one of the most uncoordinated Apple Store experiences I've ever had. I came in with a very old laptop that I've owned for several years and just wanted to do a simple trade-in for store credit. When I entered, a staff member with an iPad was coordinating customers and directing them to different areas. I was able to speak with him within about two minutes, there were only two people ahead of us. We were told to stand near the laptop section and that a representative would come help us shortly. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, and no one acknowledged us. No eye contact, no check-ins, nothing. It genuinely felt like no one was coming to help us at all. There were several other customers in the same situation, standing around the phone and charger areas, seemingly waiting after being directed there as well. Eventually, I flagged down a worker who told me they'd get someone to help me shortly. A manager who was helping another customer, interestingly came over to help me within a minute. The other customer he had been assisting was calling his name, and I even told him it was okay if he needed to help them first since he was assisting them. He responded by saying he was the manager and implied he could handle multiple people at once. His attitude came off a bit cocky, which was put off. At that point, I just wanted to finish the trade-in and leave. He did help me process it, and I received $165 in Apple Store credit, which was nice. Despite the credit, this was one of the most unorganized Apple Store experiences I've had. I even came on a weekday expecting it to be calmer, but it was still very packed. I'd recommend visiting a different Apple Store location if possible. If you do come here, try going on a weekday and avoid visiting during the holidays.

Last week, we were told that when we brought the phone in, the repair would take about two hours. Today, we dropped it off, and it took five hours. Why? The store was almost empty. When I returned, I had already shown my ID to one employee, but another employee asked for it again. Then, while confirming my email address, I had to spell it using the standard letter examples used over the phone (for example, "M as in Mother"). Even with those examples, the employee still had difficulty understanding and entering it correctly. It turned a very simple task into a frustrating experience. Overall, the customer service felt indifferent rather than welcoming. This experience did not meet the standard I've come to expect from Apple, and I won't be returning to this location.

This situation remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to address it directly. The core issue has not been resolved: * My device is not functionally unlocked * It cannot be used with other carriers * eSIM activation fails * The device manufacturer has confirmed that no unlock request was ever submitted at the system level Despite this, T-Mobile has stated that the obligation has been fulfilled. In addition, a Port-Out PIN was generated on my account without my consent, and I was instructed to transfer my numbers. This matter is currently under review with multiple agencies, including the FCC, Texas Attorney General, Washington State Attorney General, New Mexico Department of Justice, and the Better Business Bureau. Proceeding with account cancellation under these conditions raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection and business practices. I am requesting: * Proper device unlock at the system level * No account cancellation while the dispute is active This issue remains unresolved as of today. Visible is no contract at a low price while T Mobile is more costly and and cancelling and communicating with T-Mobile is not user friendly. T-Mobile contract means you have to cancel each individual line and service (i.e. internet), T-Mobile does not prorate billing, there is no written e-mail or confirmation of in-store transaction, only a memo on the T-Mobile end that is only visible to T-Mobile, you have a 2 month window to dispute charges, no transparency as to who said what regarding any transactions, difficult to communicate with remote reps if you do not have a T-Mobile id number, so I will again be billed $60 on Dec 1 for a service which I cancelled 2 months ago. Visible or other no contract companies offer better service.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place…read more What should have been a simple battery warranty claim turned into a two-hour waste of my time. The battery was sold with a 5-year warranty, yet it failed in less than 3 years. Their testing showed the battery would only charge to 12.5 volts--roughly 75% state of charge on an AGM battery--even after they had it on a charger for four days before testing. Instead of honoring the warranty, I was first told the battery was "good to go." When I challenged that conclusion, they tried to blame the vehicle's alternator despite providing no convincing evidence that the charging system was the problem. The explanation simply didn't make sense. I've been an FAA-certified aviation mechanic for more than 50 years. I'm not easily impressed by technical jargon, and I know the difference between a valid diagnosis and an excuse. In the end, they denied the warranty claim and repeatedly fell back on "company policy" without offering any logical justification. Poor customer service, poor diagnostics, and no willingness to stand behind the product they sold. I left with the same bad battery I came in with and two hours of my life I won't get back. I spoke with the person "Zaib" (see pictures) and we agreed on 90.00 to replace the screen. I had him give me a card with his name, the details and the price. He said it would be 24 hours or so to fix it. We gave him 48 hours and called in advance to pick it up and make sure it was ready. When we called, he said the price had gone up to 150.00 and they had not done it. He really did not give a reason other than he gave us the wrong price. Mind you, we discussed price in depth and agreed upon 90.00. I said we would be there immediately to pick it up. Upon arriving there, I asked why he had agreed to a price and then not honored it. He proceeded to show us a text message from his boss, telling him that he could not honor the price. When I told him this was a typical bait and switch, he stated that would just say he could not get into the iPad - which you don't need to have in order to replace a screen - and was a lie. He turned very nasty, rude and sarcastic. In closing, I went to the Apple Store - they were less money. This place is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Things went well at first when I dropped off my phone and let the guys at the kiosk know that I had a groupon as well. I came back and my phone was ready. I was asked if I wanted a phone screen protector and I said yes, thinking that it was included in the repair. IT WAS NOT. By the time I figured this out, the screen protector had been applied and couldn't be refunded. It was an extra $25. They said it could be replaced for $9.99 once it wore down if I brought the original receipt back. I honestly felt pretty scammed because I can buy quality screen protectors on Amazon for half that price. When I mentioned the price difference between theirs and Amazon's, they said theirs is higher quality and that I wouldn't be able to put it on properly at home. That's for me to decide. It was said pretty condescendingly. I feel stupid for not asking if the screen protector was free or not, but make sure you do. When I let them know that they should let their customers know that there is a charge for it when asking, they got very defensive and said that other places charge over $30. That wasn't my point. The point was to be transparent with the pricing upfront. Another issue arose with the groupon deal. The original deal is a $30 voucher for $15. I presented this and they said that it would only cover 10%. On my receipt, it's marked as the yelp check in discount. I kept asking why the groupon's full $30 wasn't applied and they said that's just how it was. I told them that it's not right to keep the deal up on the page if it's not accurate and they said they were aware of it but couldn't do much about it. How does that make any sense? The business promoting the deal through groupon should be responsible for upholding it or take it off the site. I purchased it for no reason. I could've still gotten the yelp check in discount without purchasing the groupon. Now I'm having issues getting a refund because groupon makes it so difficult. BUT that's not the end of it. When I said I shouldn't have even purchased the groupon, the guys told me that they don't do discounts much anymore and that they did it for me. It says right on the yelp page that they offer the discount to anyone who checks in. I don't understand. All in all, my phone is fixed. However, I left in a bad mood due to the lack of transparency in pricing for the screen protector, the defensive manner in which they answered my questions, and the way the groupon deal was handled.
