This is the second time I'm here just because it's the It's the main store in the area and I guess they have computer access to your account that other stores don't have. Every time I'm here there's 5-6 people in line and not enough employees. They take their sweet time and I always feel like they are doing me a favor by servicing me

Very impressed with the service. As soon as I entered the neat and spacious store that smells like pine for the holiday season, I was greeted without hesitation and they all were busy, but Arturo came right away and helped me. He had answers to my questions and was truly empathetic to my needs. His customer service was fast and friendly. I would come back based on today's experience.

Be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. Lots of employees walking around but really only one or two working through the long queue of customers. Also, gone are the days of the upsell (but the memo has not been received here) customers are now tech savvy and do their research prior to coming in.

Snarky and smug. If you want friendly customer service, this is not the spot.

We had some problems activating the phones, so we went to the AT&T Store at the Hill Country Galleria.

This store, and especially Ciso, is great!…read more AT&T got on my last nerve, so I bought a universally unlocked phone, shopped around for the best deal on service for it, and Verizon won. I tried to activate it online, but since I didn't have a Verizon number, I couldn't sign up for an account. My heart sank, thinking, "Oh, great. I'm going to have to go sit in the phone store for two hours while they do it for me.". After many trips to the AT&T store over my twelve or thirteen years with them, they had me trained to expect the worst. But no! I was in and out in about thirty minutes! Amazing! Ciso greeted me when I walked in and proceeded to get my number ported in no time, even saving me some money by letting me know Verizon would waive the activation fee if I bought an accessory, so I got a great quality extra charger essentially for free! He even let me know about an iPhone they had for cheaper than the phone I'd just bought, but when I realized I'd have to learn a new operating system (I'm used to Android, and am approaching old fart status, so don't much like change), I passed on his offer and he dropped it immediately! None of the hard sell crap I always dreaded at AT&T! I LOVE THAT! Time will tell if I'll like Verizon's cell service, but if it's half as good as Cisco's, I'll be PLENTY happy.

Customer service multiple time and was repeatedly told I will receive an email with information about when the 200 dark card Visa will be sent to me. That email never came. Later, When I followed up again, I was told another lie the offer had expired this made no sense because I've been calling regularly following their instructions the entire time. Then I was told they would only give me a $100 instead of the promise 200. At that point, I felt misled. I had twitch my internet service based on their promotion,. After escalating the issue and putting it a lot of time and effort, Given the full 200. Customer should not have to chase down a company for months just to receive a promotion they were promised upfront! They tried to scan a 70-year-old woman like me and I will not put up with it this is senior citizen abuse. I don't trust them anymore even though I have my internet with them I don't trust them. It takes a long time to even get someone to answer the phones these days you have to call particular times good luck with that. So I do not recommend this business they're shady by the way if you want $5 off a month you have to give them your debit card from your bank that's correct from your bank.

I could hear the compressed air blasting like crazy lol. Less than 5 minutes later they produced some lint and what looked like a tiny splinter of wood. They took the time to test the device in front of me to make sure I was satisfied. Then, they said we're glad to help and didn't charge me! I quickly fished it out of the water, dry it off and take it out of its Morphie case. Images fade, vertical lines appear, after about 20 minutes total shut down. I head off to my next meeting, thinking i'll bury it in rice when I get home. No rice at home. Head over to the Apple repair place on 2nd Street--they aren't promising, say they will send it out, it will take at least 6 days. They recommend going to the Apple store and buying another six. Evening two. Bury dead phone in rice. Look on the internet for other solutions. Lots of advice. The rice was one of the suggestions--might have saved me that I executed that step. Miphone doctor pops up on Google search. Impressed with their SEO strategies. Make an appointment. Take iphone six to the Mi Phone Doctor Oak Hill location which isn't too far from downtown. Easy to find. This is a brand new location. Owner was there-Ben Kinder. Super nice. Knowledgable. Took phone. Said he would do what he could. He uses a process not unlike jewelry cleaning where they actually sonic clean the copper wires. Thought it would take a couple of days. He seemed like an honest and reputable businessman. I left the phone. He called several hours later saying that the new store wasn't that busy and he was able to jump into fixing my phone and that it wasn't too bad. He replaced the camera, the port and dried it out and cleaned it up and that he thought it would be good to go They ran some diagnostics and everything looked great. I am a happy camper since i leave town day after tomorrow and will have my phone, I didn't have to buy another iphone six and I didn't have to exercise my last insurance chit with AT&T. I will definitely use them again (hope I don't need to but I am a bit accident prone!) and will recommend them to all my friends including you new Yelping friend. Good luck. Take your broken phone or ipad there post haste! And say hello to Ben.

1-Star Review Let me…read morebegin by saying this experience was an absolute nightmare. I brought my phone to TECHY simply to have the cracked glass repaired. From the start, I felt uncomfortable because I was pressured into replacing the battery as well, even though my battery was working fine and did not need to be replaced. After being told they were going to give me another battery, I was then informed that I would have to pay a very high price for the replacement, which I never agreed to in the first place. After that, communication nearly stopped. I didn't hear from them for almost two weeks. When I finally called back -- because the delay was beginning to hurt my business -- it felt like I was being avoided. Eventually, I learned the real reason for the delay: my phone had been burned beyond repair because it was left on a warming pad while they were attempting to remove the battery -- the very battery I never authorized them to replace. At that point, I had no choice but to escalate the situation. I contacted corporate H-E-B, where this business rents space, to get them involved. Only then did things move forward. TECHY refunded my money due to the damage they caused and provided me with another phone -- but it turned out to be a government phone that required a TracFone monthly plan, which I never agreed to. This entire situation caused unnecessary stress, loss of time, and disruption to my business. Please be very cautious if you consider coming here. This is why I am giving TECHY one star.
