And asked my mom to call her if she had any questions. Certainly LAINEY gave the best customer service I have seen at Cellcom. She deserves appreciation accolades. And a huge raise!

I am now stuck with 3 phones all less than 3 months old and I'm out $220 dollars. $43 of it is for a month of service which I never received, and they won't reimburse me for. When my boyfriend and I went to the store to return a phone, an employee threatened to jump over the counter and kick his ass While he was holding our son. We have went through every avenue to simply get my money back including the police, but have gotten no money reimbursed and no justice. The employee denies everything. This isn't even the entire story. My point is, under no circumstances should anyone shop for phones or service through boost mobile, especially not this store. I am now with a different cell phone company who takes care of their customers and treats them right!

Was told the only fee would be $50 for a restocking fee. This am I found my phone and brought it the new 17 iPhone to return it and activate my old phone / receive my refund. I was told today it's impossible to return the $1,000 fee. I was not happy and called customer service, the rep through Verizon was helpful & told me to go back to the store as they can refund me. The "manager" was extremely rude to myself and the Verizon rep. She even told me they would not help me & told me to leave, even after the Verizon rep was willing to walk her through the process. I have never been treated so poorly by any business & will be taking further action.

My husband and I have been getting our glasses from Eyemart Express for the past few years, and…read morewe've consistently had wonderful experiences. The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. My husband has a fairly complex prescription, and they handle it beautifully every time. I usually take advantage of the two-pair deals as affordable backups since I wear contacts most of the time, and the value is excellent. What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don't accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. To top it off, they were able to complete one pair of glasses in just 8 minutes! You can teach customer service, but you can't teach genuine kindness and heart -- and this team clearly has both. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And the staff and doctors on the vision screening side are top notch too!!
