Once again this place FAILS! I've had my at&t account for more than 10 years! I came in today to buy an apple watch series 7, the guy took my info, reviewed my account, wanted to sell me more service and then refuse to sell a watch without buying a new service line. I come to this location ONLY because it is five minutes from my house, but I DO NEED TO FIND A NEW LOCATION! The worst thing is the attitude these people have towards paying customers!!

I came here recently to get my mom's cellular phone activated. I hadn't been here in a while, but the store had been remodeled and looked great! I was quickly met by a friendly sales associate when I walked in the door. His name was Sean, and he said he could set up my mom's phone right away. He seemed very nice and helpful. He also took care of the phone within minutes. I had some time to look around. The store had very cool displays and all the phones and accessories you could imagine. I saw the new iPad mini and was so impressed with how clear it was. Compared to our older generation iPad, the mini's picture was beautiful! There were also some great promotions going on here too! The iPad mini was $100 off. This was a tempting offer! I didn't have a chance to look at any of the phones, but I'm sure there were other promos that the sales associate would have helpfully told me about if I'd asked. This is a great AT&T location. The customer service here was knowledgeable and friendly, and I liked hearing about the great discounts. Except for the fact this store can get really busy, I think this a nice location for any of your AT&T cellular needs.

Tip: There is an electronic waiting list for service at this store. The list appears on a TV to the left of the cash wrap. Make sure you check it to verify that your name gets added after you check in. I wish someone had told me this helpful tip! On our most recent visit to upgrade our phones we waited over a half an hour before realizing that people who arrived after we had were being helped before us. Apparently the person who checked us in and did not complete the check in process correctly which is why we were helped out of order. Needless to say that was frustrating. Kudos to Ron who helped fix this error. Ron was very friendly and made sure that whoever was available next would finally help us. Ron also provided honest and helpful information about the phone cases that I was debating. Ultimately he suggested the slightly more expensive and more protective sports phone case because it better suits my needs. Props also go to Isaac who was very helpful in explaining all the different plan options since it had been several years between our last visit to the store and our current visit to the store. He helped us navigate all the different options to choose the best option for us that was the most similar to our old plan which no longer exists. Isaac also showed us the new glass face plate which is so much better than the old plastic film protectors for the screen! Again this increased the price a little bit however I think peace of mind is worth the price of the screen protector. All in all good customer service (except for check in not working). I would recommend this location to my friends and family!

Terrible experience with the manager Christina at this store and an employee named Greg. Someone had added an unauthorized line to my account and they refused to do anything about it. They have told me time and time again that I am stuck paying for a line charge as well as installments for a $1300 phone that I never purchased. They will be of no help to you at this store and we are currently in the process of pursuing legal action against this store and AT&T as a whole. The local area manager for ATT Allen has also done a great job of avoiding all my texts and phone calls to situate this mess that was created by the AT&T staff in Anaheim Hills for one of the stores he is supposedly overseeing. Christina time and time again said there is no one I could contact on a corporate level resulting in me being stuck paying for the phone. This is when I went to another store in Orange and the manager there has been much much much more helpful than the people at the AT&T store in Anaheim Hills. If you need to visit a AT&T store I would stay away from this location at all costs and go to the one on Katella and Tustin in the city of Orange.

He is a scammer and wants to make commission and doesn't care about the customers. We will try to void our contract due to his misleading marketing and unfair practices. I strongly believe he is not the right fit for a manager. My husband and I have spent over 7 hours collectively to no avail. Please do not go to this T-Mobile store unless you want to get scammed. I wish we would have read all the reviews below. I see a pattern with the store manager. He likes to scam people. I am going to look into this because we need to take legal action. This is not okay!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this T-Mobile store. The manager, Sarab (also spelled…read moreSohrab), mocked me and discredited me when I asked for help. While explaining my situation, I mentioned that I have a learning disability, and at that point he stopped assisting me entirely. He told me I needed to disclose my disability before speaking with him and refused to help further, even telling me to come back when my "brain is working". After making that comment, he also told me that I should bring a family member with me instead. I explained to him that this was rude and discriminatory, as my disability does not simply "get better," and I am fully capable of managing my own account and phone bill. No one else is responsible for my service but me, and I should not be required to bring another person in order to receive basic customer support. When I pointed out that this was discriminatory, he denied making those statements. I informed him that the security footage would reflect what was actually said. He also admitted that no one in the store was trained to assist customers with disabilities, which made the situation even more concerning. This conduct is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, both of which prohibit discrimination based on disability and require equal access and service in public accommodations. Customers are not required to disclose a disability in order to receive help. I felt completely disregarded, and this occurred on my only day off. I reported the incident directly to the company, and a formal report was filed. Another employee, Amanda, later approached me, apologized, helped calm the situation, and provided clear information on next steps, which I appreciated. What makes this even more troubling is the clear pattern of similar complaints in other reviews over the past months and years, describing deceptive practices, hostility toward customers (including women and elderly customers), refusal of service, harassment, and unprofessional conduct by this same manager. I left feeling humiliated and dismissed. I strongly caution others and sincerely hope this location is held accountable, as no customer especially someone with a disability should be treated this way in a public service environment. California Law: Under 42 U.S.C. § 12182 (Title III): "No individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations of any place of public accommodation... " California civil rights act: California businesses must provide "full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services" without discrimination based on disability. I am sharing this experience so it is documented and taken seriously, and so that other customers especially those with disabilities are not subjected to the same treatment. No one should be denied respectful, equal service or made to justify their disability in order to receive help.
