Lack of customer service. After dealing with the business side of AT&T over the phone, we were directed by them to come to this store to resolve their issues (they sent us the wrong phone) and the store manager refused to abide by what the notes in the system said and honor what was promised. Tyson the manager, is by far one of the worst I've dealt with in regards to any company. When asked to explain something he simply got frustrated and did not help at all. I then asked him to call a customer service line and explain to them why he couldn't to which he replied he would not and tried to charge me $150 for a returned phone that he would not take as a return. I have been with AT&T for over 25 years. I have five business lines. As well as Directv. Have always enjoyed good service. Had to go to the store last Saturday with my daughter to have her phone upgraded. The store was pretty busy. No one greeted us at the door which is unusual for the store. A rep came up and took our name. 30 minutes later a young man... Don't know his name as he was missing his name badge.... Came to help us. He seemed hurried.My daughter was deciding between an iPhone or an android. Honestly he seemed not very interested in her questions. She finally decided on the iPhone. After bringing it out she ask if he could transfer her contacts and pictures. He simply told her that she could do that herself at home and gave her some instruction. We were a bit surprised because were used to them doing this in the store but we said OK. He did not walk us to the door he just simply said thank you. We went out to the car and spent two or three minutes trying to follow the instruction he gave us and found we really could not get this done. So we walked back into the store and my daughter explained Who is the rep that came up to us that we needed to see the young man again to help with Contacts and picture transfer. The rep said well he just went to lunch but if you wait someone can help you. There was no apology or expression of regret. We were now fourth in line to be helped. We had just spent quite a bit of time here in the store and I really did not want to wait a long time again, so I went up to a rep at the kiosk and explained her situation. She was helpful and said she would not transfer the contacts and the pictures so she took the phone to begin the process. After about 30 minutes I walked over to her and ask if it was finished. She explained we had to update the old phone before she can transfer it and it could take some time. After another 45 minutes we decided to leave the store we told her we would come back later. It was around 4 to 5 hours before we finally were finished with this transaction. Again the young lady that helped us was nice but I felt that we were mismanaged from the get-go when we walked in the store read more

The employees are very rude and act as if they "own" AT&T. I would advise to shop at any other location rather than this one.

Received excellent customer service from Isaac here. I called ahead to have an appointment set to sign up for new services and he was able to ensure we were able to receive everything we were looking for (phone, tv, and Internet). When we came in, he was extremely knowledgeable with all the products and put extra effort in to thoroughly explain and ensure that we were getting the best deal. read more

Been an AT&T customer for 10 years, and we just dropped them. Their customer service is an absolute joke and nobody seems to know what they are doing! Their network is so congested it's not even usable, and it takes FOREVER to even talk with an "expert". Don't ever choose this company. read more
