Walked in to get my phone service and the attendant didn't even take time to access my file. He said it was my screen that broke 2 days prior and I've had this problem for over 2 months. Complete laziness and lack of customer service. I just walked out and I'm so done with AT&T. read more

The women sales representatives and managers here are rudeeeee, very deceiving and will flat out lie to your face. Do not waste your time at this location. I came about a week ago to upgrade my phone from a 12 to a 14. I dealt with the manager for both encounters, and with a sales rep very briefly who somehow also managed to be rude in a span of 2 seconds. I was asked if the phone was broken or damaged, and I made sure to let her know the back of phone was slightly cracked. she literally said "no that's not a problem". She even threw away my old for me case so I know she laid eyes on it. She handled the phone many times to transfer all the data so it's very frustrating how she felt so comfortable being so deceiving. She never mentioned anything about the price being altered because it was cracked which really took me by surprise, because most times you will see a decrease in the deal. It took about two hours for all of my data to transfer to my new phone so she told me to come back when I was ready to erase everything from the old phone and finalize the upgrade. I'm a busy woman and couldn't come back the next few days. So Fast forward today, I take the phone in and the sales rep who was not the same manager I dealt with the first encounter mentioned the phone being cracked and said i would only be getting $350 for the phone rather than the full 700$ rolled over to the new phone, which is NOT what I was told. I told her the manager saw the crack and never mentioned anything about there being any alterations with the price. This sales rep literally said "my manager is pulling in and will deal with you, I have other customers to tend to" and that was that. The manager just so happened to be pulling up in that moment. When she came in she was instantly rude with her approach. I told her I showed her the crack and that she said there wouldn't be a problem with it. She looked me dead in the face and said "I never saw that, you never showed that to me". YALL. This woman was being so hateful when I told her yes she did see it, she even threw away my case. The fact that she was able to stand there and hatefully lie to my face is why I'm leaving a bad review, I wasn't even upset about the price decease I just wanted them to be honest about the initial encounter. To top it off I haven't been receiving picture messages and brought that to her attention. If you are having these problems don't waste your time for their help because her response was that she's a sales rep not a tech support and proceeded to help other customers. Sorry for the Novel but if you are looking to upgrade your phone, buy a phone, or do any business with AT&T retail, don't risk a bad encounter with this place and these people. They are not friendly, and will most likely deceive you and make you look like an angry customer. I don't usually get mad and tell people to watch their attitude and do their job better but she is one who probably hears it very often from all sorts of people. This store is full of nothing but the best. Always greeted with a smile &' "can do" attitude. The managers are so awesome I loved them

Very BAD experience. We entered the empty store and were greeted nicely by the manager. He was the only employee present; we were the only customers there. We wanted to upgrade 2 iPhones. As we asked questions about options and choices, he seemed frustrated and impatient with us. We spent about 20 minutes and then discovered they only had one device we were willing to do the upgrade for. At this point he was still somewhat polite, but his facial expressions and body language certainly reinforced his frustration dealing with us. We asked if he could call another location to see if there might be the phone choice, we were looking for there. Upon that question it was like a switch went off and his frustration and impatience increased by 100-fold. I was still ready to purchase the one new iPhone, but he walked in the back room and emerged with nothing in his hands. My niece then told him we still wanted to buy the phone for me. She then let him know we were upset with his nonprofessional attitude. At this point he angrily stated don't talk to me like that and that he was done with us. My niece then told him we would come back tomorrow and deal with one of his other salespeople. Then he really blew up and loudly said: NO, You Won't. Leave my store now and if you ever come back here, I will call the police on you. We proceeded outside and ended up doing our upgrades over the phone with a very professional tele-sales rep. We also reported our sour experience with the call center manager. My niece and I are both waiting on a call from AT&T corporate to confirm our complaint. This was my worst retail experience in my 65 years on the planet. Don't waste your time with this AT&T "Outlet". In my opinion this "manager" should be replaced ASAP. Go to one of the official stores and expect a much better experience. Been a happy AT&T customer since Cingular days. Hopefully I can stay with the company after this incident. read more

It's an AT&T store, it serves a specific function. And yet, when I came in here the other day to get an upgrade and add a line to my plan, I faced multiple frustrations. First, they were out of the phone I wanted, and pressed me hard to just take what they had. When you're paying that much for a new phone, you want what you want! Second, we couldn't actually add the new line, because they were out of SIM cards. Seriously?! At an AT&T store? Lastly, their system wasn't working properly so they couldn't sync my contacts. I was able to do it at home later, but this is supposed to be a full service store. This location is just generally unprepared to provide customers with top notch service. I do want to add that the salesperson we worked with was helpful and professional. The difficulties we dealt with seem to be more of a management issue. These may sound like small complaints, and if only one of them had happened, I might not have been annoyed. As it was, I left the store with a new phone that wasn't exactly what I wanted, no synced contacts, and without the new line being activated, which of course necessitated another trip to the store later. That doesn't make me want to bring my business to this store again. read more

I took my 78 year old mom into the store to update her phone. We were greeted by LA immediately. He was probably about the best person that I have ever had to help me in any AT&T store since I have had an account with this carrier. He treated us like we were the best and only customer. I cannot express enough appreciation and gratitude for his customer service. Whomever owns this branch, you better not let LA slip away, he is AWESOME!!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REASON! They are an "authorized dealer" ONLY and poo store in many reasons to be listed below. We Went to this location to get more information about possibly purchasing the ATT device for a home phone. We waited and eventually a sales person came, we told her what we wanted and she said no, they don't have any in the store, I asked if she can check at other locations in town and she said she guessed she could. She went to the register and another person asked what she was calling about and then said yes we have those! The sales person went and got one and brought it to us. I read the box and asked for specifics on the item and how it worked. (I had read up on the device online and was confirming my understanding of how it worked). I asked what the monthly charges would be and was told $20 per month plus tax. I again asked were there other fees and she said no. I keep what if we get to the location and it doesn't work and she said we had 14 days to return it at no charge and cancel. I repeated it back and she said yes. We decided to get it and asked for a receipt that showed what she had told us. She printed out a receipt. I asked her to show me on the receipt what she had told me and she pointed to the $0 activation fee and then said the 14 day return fee would be waived if it didn't work. Since it stated a return fee in the receipt, I asked her to write on the receipt that she would waive that fee. We left thinking we had covered our bases of the "what ifs"! The next week I got my first bill and it listed an activation fee (which my receipt and the sales person said $0). I called the billing customer care and was told since I have the receipt, I could call the store for a credit notation to be added so billing could remove the fee. I called the store and was told I had to deal with the same person who I dealt with before and that she want working that day! I left a msg asking for her to call me back. Heard nothing and called back the next day and again left a msg asking her to call me. Nothing! The 3rd day I called and the sales persons answered the call, I told her the situation and reminded her of the happenings the day we were there and she said yes she remembered, she would call ATT and within 5 to 10 minutes I could call and they would take care of it! I waited about 30 minutes and called and was out on hold, finally a spoke to a rep and was told yes they had made a notation, but the store needed to credit the account, not the billing dept. So I called the store back and asked for the mgr. I was told the mgr was on another call and I asked to hold. In a few minutes, someone came back on the phone and asked if the asst mgr could help, I said yes. I told her the story and she said she would check in to it and call me back. I asked if it could be within an hour or two so if it wasn't resolved I could return the item, she said yes. In a few minutes, the mgr called and told me she reviewed the call and talked to the sales person and the sales person said she did not tell us that at the original sale! I told her I have the receipt and the written note and she said it didn't matter! She then said she has worked with the sales person a long while and what I was telling her didn't seem like the verbiage the sales person would use and she couldn't believe what I was telling her was said! I asked if my husband and I came to the store could we talk to the sales person and mgr and she first said yes, then said no, I asked if she will credit the fee as I was told and she said no she can't! I then asked her store number so I could complain and she said she doesn't have one!,,,, I looked over the receipt more and found a number and asked if if it was her store number and she said yes, but she is a authorized dealer, not a store. I called AT&T back and was helped to remove the fee (as the original person said would be done) and I got my first month bill paid. I want to state that I will be logging a complaint with AT&T, as well as directly to the store and BBB.
