The first time purchasing taught me because I know my size and the other stores had a true fit. Their clothes here fit a size smaller, some were a couple of sizes smaller. The shirts aren't very long and I like to cover all of my stomach. They have a bunch of sales which is nice, but don't sign up for a Torrid card when you're getting clothes on sale. They didn't tell me at the time of applying/purchase that you lose the store sale even though you get a discount for getting the card. I didn't know that it couldn't be combined when the sale was better than the discount for getting approved. I only found out after the purchase when I noticed that I was still paying a large price and so I was rooked. I shouldn't have to ask. They should inform the customer so the customer can choose to proceed or not. Yet, they want customers to get a card so why would they want to tell them.

On…read more9/20/21 received a text msg and email stating it would be delivered on 9/22/21 ( two days ) between 9am and 12 noon. We moved furniture around to make it easier on the delivery people and made the arrangements for someone to be home between those hours. On 9/22/21 at 9:30am( date of promised delivery ) we received a phone call stating that our delivery would not take place until 11/10/21 even after receiving the conformation text on 9/20/21. They had to know this information prior to the delivery date and should have sent that information on 9/20/21 instead of the false information sent. If you like this product and buy from here by all means do so but be prepared to be highly inconvenienced and given false information. LDM
