Migrating or "porting" my numbers from straight talk was difficult, to say the least, but the staff at this store was so diligent in helping me get the problem resolved. They went far beyond any level of service I've seen in years to get them migrated to AT&T. The staff there are all polite and have extreme dedication to providing excellent support; the reason is obvious, extremely caring and professional management. Destiny helped me a great deal and I got to observe Bryce assisting many people and ultimately assist me in completing my 2nd line's porting issue. Lo and behold there was a savior there, Yari. After 2.5 hours she had me all fixed up with a new phone, with all of the info and my pictures transferred, and a new internet unit. While Yari was getting all of my new stuff together, the other staff when they passed the table would check to see if I needed anything. Even tho they were busy a couple of seconds stopping by to check on this old Disabled Vet was sure a welcome action. Overall, what a store, what a Team of employees. When I got home I called back to the store a spoke to Jacob, manager, and he treated me like I was a long time customer. He made sure that if I had any kind of problem to call or come in right away. From the top down, this store has one heck of a Team, and in my opinion led by Yari. Thank You Very Much.
