It seems slightly smaller than the Michaels I used to work in (Arizona), but who knows? Anyways, I've been here a few times for painting items and for floral arrangement stuff. Both times I was able to find what I needed and get out of there quickly. I sort of lingered the last time and saw what I assumed was a manager(?) walking two young men who appeared to be new. All was fine until I got to the register where a blond girl was my cashier and one of those guys was hanging out by her register. She was friendly enough, but they stood there talking about their after-work plans which makes me feel weird when I'm not actually part of a conversation taking place in front of me, haha. Also, I was asked if I wanted to give my email (or maybe it was phone number?) to Michaels. I said no and the guy standing there made a comment, "Well, then don't expect savings" or whatever. It was the way he said it that I thought was rude, not so much what he said. I'll probably be back--or maybe I'll try Hobby Lobby, but they had what I needed and they're the only one in town.
