Boy do I miss H&L... being able to spend hours in my paradise of everything artsy-crafty. Need yarns for you latest crochet project? Need drawing/painting material for a daughter who's focusing on getting a scholarship for artistic merit? Wanna start making your own jewelry? Are you working on your next scrapbooking project? Does your daughter wanna decorate hee room all things Paris? All of the above and countless more can be found at this H&L location... so, why no 5 stars review? Because the facility is dated and time on these building takes its toll at a rapid pace. There are some issues with the roof that affect the pavement you walk on.. and, heaven forbid should you slip and fall on a wet pavement after a storm... the store will take FOREVER to contact you back with a proposal of a settlement. If the owners could invest as much care in their buildings as they do in their workers (the stores close on Sunday to allow a day of worship), i would find it in me to slip a FULL ON 5 start treatment. read more

First, the fact that they refuse to sell anything g Halloween claiming it's against God, is sad. They refused to help their employees during covid, also claiming God told them not to do anything for them. I hate any business that hides their hate behind religion. I've been boycotting them since 2019 and have no need to go here or spend my money here when Michael's is down the street. read more

Just had a rude cashier that expected me to do some of her job. She must be having a bad day but it was evident to us. I had 3 little kids with me and my hands were full while she asked me to put up a basket and another product instead of doing something with it herself like all other employees so. read more

Respectful staff and pretty much everything one would need for any project they can dream of.

Young blonde girl working the first register at around 11:30 on 4/6/24 was very unpleasant and rude.

I don't even want to give a single star. Today I went in with a return and the intention to make a purchase. Let me say that the customer service here is absolutely horrendous. Katie at the front of the store cashier is the one making my return transaction and insists on having a conversation with another employee about how Ariel did not check me out correctly just by looking at the receipt. First of all how rude and unprofessional is it to talk crap about fellow employees in front of customers! So after being disgusted with this comments I continue to grab my item and head to check out.... Well what a FREAKING shocker only 1 register open and the chick standing around holding a clip board instead of taking some leadership and jumping on a register to reduce the line and wait for customers... nope I'm just going to call someone else to get on a register. I worked retail for 12 years and this place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time entering this store the lines are outrageous and not worth the item. So today I did exactly what needed to be done dropped my item in the front of the register in a return item cart and WALKED OUT! Worst managed Hobby Lobby I have ever been to and that's saying a lot considering I have moved due to military. Goodbye crappy Hobby Lobby and HELLO Michael's!!! read more

Went in to buy items to make a terrarium with my grandson. Found most items needed. Place was well stocked and staff was friendly.

I hate to even say this I was there earlier and felt as if I were being stereotyped honestly dont know the reason. I noticed employees following me ...but not once did they ever greet me or say a word just stared me down. The manager herself was even rude ,my mom asked if they were hiring and the way she responded was so unpleasant. I definitely don't recommend this location at all! Go to Michael's!! read more

How do you describe Hobby Lobby? Endless isles that go on and on till your lost in the back of the store and can't find your way back out. Rescue parties are available. If you need ANYTHING hobby or craft related, I promise you, HL has it. I have needed some of the weirdest stuff, and it's always HL to the rescue. I needed some really small nails. Not Lowes, not Home Depot, but HL of course. A Christian owned store that is closed on Sunday's. read more

Fabulous store, unique items, and always a good sale. Their prices are a bit more but they always deliver on customer service and selection so I just use a coupon! read more

The manager, Christy, was very helpful in giving us a refund on a one of their damaged products. She went above and beyond what store policy was. We are so grateful. Thank you Christy!! We love the amazing selection of items that Hobby Lobby carries. We just bought a brand new home and are having so much fun decorating it, with help from Hobby Lobby. read more

You ever have do something you not really into? That's what I did today. Hobby Lobby, I'm sure it's a good store with a solid customer base, looks like quality merchandise, just not very much of anything I really really NEED. Took care of the business looked at the Daisies. read more

See all

I like this store, good place to find things if you want to beautify your home or apartment. Give it a check.

I've moved around quite a bit, so when compared to other Hobby Lobby stores, this has been the best one I've been to. Aside from the Tuesday freight causing everyone to be scarce, the store's customer service is great. Tuesdays seem to be the worst day if you need help finding things since everyone is trying to get their freight out, but most of the employees are glad to help if they notice you need assistance. Sometimes they can get too focused on doing their job, that they don't notice when customers need help. I just realized this might seem like a complaint, but it's not, I really love how nice the store is. I like the selection of items that go on sale often, and that I can use a coupon daily. read more

I have done my fair share of shopping at Hobby Lobby. I make jewelry, and was quite pleased to see the selection of jewelry - making crafts after the expansion. I recently went in to purchase some sterling silver components (first time I have bought sterling silver) and had to go to a different department to find someone to call the person working the jewelry section to unlock the cabinet....which is not a problem at all...the problem is, that person never showed up to help me. I was there for quite some time looking at the beads and such, but no associate to be found. So I left and went to Michaels and bought my stuff (which is not locked up there AND was even cheaper!) Now I'm not saying I won't be back there, because I know I will...but I know for a fact that I will never buy sterling silver from there. Not to mention they are not open on sunday...which is when I do most of my shopping, so I usually have to make a special trip, which is usually not a problem either - but then to not be helped when I do go is just not very good business. read more

I love that I can find all things creative and beautiful here! I gladly support this store and love that they are Christian-owned.

I have no complaint concerning the merchandise or service provided by employees on the floor, but every so often we've gotten a sour, rude check-out associate--someone who makes you feel as if the only thing wrong with their day is having to serve you, personally. I know that there's no way management can anticipate every action of their employees, but there doesn't seem to be anyone up front keeping an eye or ear on these people. read more

Very good selection, some of the best buys in town, good art supplies, bring your walking shoes it is a large place.

Today I went to Hobby Lobby to buy some picture frames for some paintings that I had stretched back in Aug of 2014 at this store. When I had them stretched I was hoping to frame them in the near future. Well, today I was able to frame 2 of the pictures because they had stretched them to a common size (16x20). When I start looking for a frame for the smaller picture, there was no such common size of 10x12. When I asked they told me 9x12 was common. I told them I thought that when I had them stretched it would be a common size ( 9x12). I then asked how much it would cost to have it re-stretched to fit 9x12. She started quoting prices. Well, Needless to say it was going to cost well over $30 to fix what I thought should of been done in the first place. The manager called me and informed that no special instructions we noted and they had stretched the painting to the proper size. She then informed me that they had followed proper procedures and that nothing could be done. She did not offer any help to resolve my problem AT ALL! As a previous manager, I was taught to ALWAYS satisfy the customer. Now, I will take my business elsewhere. I am sure some one at another store will help me fix this problem!!! read more
