She's like well we don't do that here and she's like we've got to send you the Claims Dept. and I'm like well this isn't. I knew it wasn't a claim because literally my dog chewed chewed it up and 2022 that was three years ago. He was only a year old so he he had gotten it and chewed on it and he was teething. He was born on Christmas so OK he was less than a year old but anyway she literally knew exactly. I know she knew exactly which company made that adjustable base because it was in her computer and she gave me four different wrong numbers. She was so disrespectful and she she was arguing with me after I called her back the second time when I said it's not a claims and they the Claims Dept. does not do this. They only do claims so she gave me another number. OK that number was wrong. No that number was wrong and literally I had to go through four or five different numbers and it ended up also I would've had to do was look at the back of my remote and on the back of the remote it literally tells you who is the maker of the adjustable base and literally it said it right on the back of the remote why couldn't she have told me that she knew who it was because literally it should've been in her computer I was in her computer because I bought a king size in a queen size mattress and two adjustable bases to go with them plus the The mattress covers that are waterproof and that you can't dry in the dryer because it'll mess up the deal it's waterproof and it has to be cared for in a different way so anyway long story short I go through all of this trouble and she's awful to me. She doesn't listen to me after I call and tell her about the Claims Dept. not doing it and she's literally yelling at me and not listening to what I'm telling her and she's like yes they do I said no they don't. I just got off the phone with them and she's yelling at me and I'm like what kind of Customer Service what kind of a manager are you? I'm thinking this in my head I would never ever do business with mattress firm again with this particular manager, I would never ever go into the store and do any business with them when I went in there and bought my mattresses and my adjustable bed frames. There was two guys there they were great. They took care of the customers they listen to the customers they didn't argue with them, and they literally sold everything they tried to sell to me except for the sheets about those on my own cause I knew better but everything else they wanted to get me to buy I did down to the adjustable bases and like literally I've never been treated so horribly on the phone in my life and it was on a recorded line so let me tell you right now. It is almost 4 o'clock so this has been a four hour process. That literally should've been taken care of in 15 minutes. All she should've said was look at the back of your remote and tell me who it says the manufacturer is and she literally had that because after I got the right information, I called her back and said look all the numbers she gave me didn't work. I ended up getting the right number from from from this other number that referred me to this other number and I finally got the right information from looking at the back of the remote so literally I called her back and said the next time somebody calls and asked for a replacement part and you don't sell replacement parts just advise them to look on the back the remote and find out who the manufacturer of that particular base is and give them the right number she's like unlike would you like that number now and I literally told her the name of the company she's like oh no, I have that I have that information right here and I said why didn't you give it to me? I've never been so disrespected in my life. She was so argumentative what happened to the customer is always right and to always listen to the Customer and what she says, and when I called her back the second call when she said no the Claims Dept. is the one that gives you the replacement parts. I said no they're not they deal with claims not replacement parts and this is in this is in a claim. This is my dogs fault. He chewed the line when he was a baby. He was coming up on his first birthday in 2022. He was teething.

I checked with all three Coaster dealers in the area and Nichol was able to practically match the price and save us all the inconvenience of truck rentals and hiring movers. If you have your heart set on a furniture piece, I definitely recommend calling to see if Warehouse Furniture carries that brand because Nichol is willing to work with you. They also offer the option to pay half or full when you order. The delivery came within two weeks of ordering. I was told to expect the delivery men between 10am and noon and they arrived on time. The sectional arrived unwrapped but also undamaged (as far as I can tell). The actual facility is not terrific and the selection is incredibly limited. I wouldn't recommend shopping at the location. But if you know exactly what you want already by the brand, color code, product number...then I'd give her call!

Probably would have lasted longer had I not slept on it for 2 years. (Due to back issues it was more comfortable than our bed at the time.) Our next piece of furniture was my recliner. Yes, my recliner. Which we still have, and am on 90% of my days and nights. It's very comfortable. although shorter in leg length than I would like. My main problem with it is: if it's not reclined all the way back, it very slowly, and with some noise; creeps back up into a more upright position. Go figure. ? We just bought our most recent piece of furniture. Our new Ashley Signature sofa. Beautiful, comfortable furniture. We both like it very well. I think it will provide a longer stay here since I am no longer sleeping on the couch.

One of the electric motors (there are several) went out in the newest lift recliner and fortunately for us, Andrews Furniture came to the rescue and installed a new motor (which was under warranty.) We have spent a good amount of money in the Abilene store, and were even talked into the…read morePurple Cow Protection plan, which we tried to redeem last week. After being passed of by a senior sales rep. A very nice young man named Jorden helped us even though he would not have reveived a commission on the sale. I had seen a rug online, and had called the store earlier in the week, and had received less than satisfactory results by that call. Jorden said yes, the rug could be ordered and looked up the item number for me. The ladies at customer service would be better suited writing parking tickets, as one of them flatly informed me I would have to call to see the balance left on PCP. The fact that I had never used it made no difference, and they refused to call for me, the customer. Jorden again was willing to call for me, but I called, and put it on speaker to share their horrible hold music. Once my $189 balance was verified, and I thought we were good, they informed me there would be a $90 fee to deliver the rug from Lubbock to Abilene...Really? They didnt do that when we bought a rug 5 years ago! Jorden was willing to pay the delivery fee out of his pocket, as it turns out, but we do not need the rug, only wanted what we were promised. If we do return to Ashley, will only deal with him in the future, as he went well over above and beyond to retain a customer, and it is appreciated. I would give Jorden 5 stars for his integrity, but the rest of ' em can take a flying leap.

We needed them delivered in 6 weeks. Ashley texted us 2 days before telling us our delivery was still on schedule. They didn't show up in the delivery time so I texted. They replied that our delivery had been rescheduled to 3 weeks longer for the sofa and 6 weeks longer for the recliner. Customer service is handled thru an automated call center. You can't contact the store directly. Impossible to get any assistance after the sale. I texted and emailed to cancel the order. They said there's a process to do that.i said yes, I'm calling Amex to dispute and refund our money. Amex handled it. Do not do business with Ashley. Patronize your local furniture store and keep the money local.
