He claimed that their service would generate a download speed of 45mbps, but I did speed tests every single day, at different times of day, for over 6 months, and never once did it go over 20mbps. When I questioned him about his claims, he said "that's what I get when I run a test on your location". What a load of garbage. And in one year, we had at least 4 outages of service of at least 72 hours. And when you are lucky enough to get Mike on the phone, he just says "I'm working on it, what else do you want me to do?" Ridiculous! Best thing I did was cancel this waste of money... what a ripoff for $59 per month.

Service has been consistant for the most part with Surfair can't complain about tech support or uptime , but what I do have beef with is the lack of transparancy as to what they're doing to make the service better and bring rural internet more in line with that of it's physical counterparts. 25 mb max at the top tier plan the customer should be put at priority 1 amongst the others and if addtl bandwidth is warrented in an area the company should make efforts to consistantly reach this theoretical max if not increase it. With 5G proposed for the future with theoretically multiple gigabit download/upload and latency as low as 2 m/s. Surfair needs to evolve to stay competitive long term......
