He claimed that their service would generate a download speed of 45mbps, but I did speed tests every single day, at different times of day, for over 6 months, and never once did it go over 20mbps. When I questioned him about his claims, he said "that's what I get when I run a test on your location". What a load of garbage. And in one year, we had at least 4 outages of service of at least 72 hours. And when you are lucky enough to get Mike on the phone, he just says "I'm working on it, what else do you want me to do?" Ridiculous! Best thing I did was cancel this waste of money... what a ripoff for $59 per month.

I found out, through the model #/type/serial #--my pc is an Edge 15--a DISCONTINUED model! After contacting them, I was told, "I agreed to this model, and it doesn't matter what's on the invoice"! I know need to take them to small claims court! These guys ran a cam on me, and I warn you!
