When I asked her if they charge when downsizing from a piece purchased from you, was informed, "yes, every time something is done, a charge of $10, plus tax." I'd suggest you coach your team and perhaps stop spending so much time deflecting & challenging ppl's comments. Had I read before calling, I'd had known I would NOT want to do business with you. Yes, I am real. Not paid, nor a competitor as I've stated previously. No, not ever coming in. Shame on you. Perhaps review what customer service is truly about and spend time doing this, coaching yourself and your team.

I was a little early for my appointment but he finished what he was working on and then helped me within like 5 minutes. Rob is a super friendly guy and very professional. The piercing was a little painful but that's obviously to be expected and was very quick. Rob explained all of the after care to me and gave me his card to call him with any concerns. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Also the other artist had the cutest, sweetest pup on a leash and let me pet her! Great place. Definitely will return for more piercings in the future. Also the price for the piercing was much more affordable than most of the shops in Cleveland. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive for me!
