When I asked her if they charge when downsizing from a piece purchased from you, was informed, "yes, every time something is done, a charge of $10, plus tax." I'd suggest you coach your team and perhaps stop spending so much time deflecting & challenging ppl's comments. Had I read before calling, I'd had known I would NOT want to do business with you. Yes, I am real. Not paid, nor a competitor as I've stated previously. No, not ever coming in. Shame on you.
