I hadn't gotten a piercing in a while so I had a bunch of questions. She took time with me to talk through my expectations, offer suggestions, and pick out just the right jewelry. okay so now I've been here three times (once for my initial brows, once for my touch up appointment, and now for my body art tattoos!). I've never had a problem with parking here :) This place continues to impress me with their cleanliness and professionalism. The shop is cleaner than a lot of salons I've been in every time I walk in. I'm always greeted at the front door, and promptly handled or acknowledged. The shop itself and its owners are very strict on covid-19 protocols - all employees are masked, there's hand sanitizer available, and they are super responsible when their employees are sick (i.e. if employees are sick appointments are promptly rescheduled for client and shop safety. ) This place is the bomb: they do body art, piercings, and medical tattooing. They even do scar retouching for things like surgeries and Areola tattoos for people affected by breast cancer. I've worked with Sara (@scaktats on instagram- all three times I've been here, as she does permanent makeup and now body art!) Can't recommend her enough. She is very professional and kind - easy to communicate with, understanding, and flexible. She walked my partner and I through the process of picking flash tattoos and even worked with us to combine two of them. My partner got a smoking skull with a rose with a black and gray stippled design and I got a melting skull ice cream. (If you've never had a flash tattoo before - the design is drawn up before hand by the artist and you're able to pick from the design. This is different from custom tattooing where an artist makes a design specifically for you). Call the shop or go to their website to schedule an appointment - all of the artists here have instagrams and booking procedures that they follow. I've only worked with Sara but have heard good things about the other artists and the owner! Anyway - Sara is great, the shop is sanitary and covid-19 responsible, and the work here is gorgeous. It's a warm, welcoming and clean place. I've only been there for piercings, not any ink. I'm impressed with the customer service and kindness from Devon, lead piercer. She answered all my questions and concerns via IG message in a timely, thoughtful, respectful manner and sprinkled with so much kindness and positivity. My tattoo artist, Kyra is a tracer, not an artist and could not come up with an original design. She kept tracing things from the internet (even said that's what she was doing) then got mad at me when I asked for a few small changes. They refused to give me a refund on the deposit of $150 that would go "towards the final product" but I didn't get the final product because the artist wasn't listening to me and kept walking away when I was trying to explain what I was looking for. The artist kept pressuring me into getting the tattoo even though I didn't like the design. I think in this case it was a result of the artist not the whole shop. read more

I got my helix pierced here and it was the best experience I've ever had with any piercer. it was very clean and the atmosphere in there was great. I was pierced by Devon and she was very informative about the aftercare and explained everything very thoroughly and it was awesome! I've gotten several tattoos done in LA, NYC, and Cleveland, and this is one of my favorite shops. It is super clean, spacious, wheelchair accessible (not common for tattoo studios), and has an overall chill vibe. I had to wait five months for my appointment with Kyle Joseph, but it was absolutely worth it. He gave me a gorgeous, detailed fine-line tattoo, and it's some of the best work I've gotten done. He was so light-handed that it was also my least painful tattoo. I'll definitely be back! read more

This might be the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable (physically and emotionally) tattoo/piercing parlor I've ever been to. All the people who were working the day I went in for my piercings, were absolutely incredible and kind. I was super nervous but literally when I walked in the door, everyone was so welcoming and that definitely made me more comfortable. Like I said, the environment when you first walk in, puts you at ease and then Devin, along with everyone else who was there made me extremely comfortable. I usually go to the same tattoo artist for my ink, however, I'll definitely be coming back here to get ANY and ALL of my future work done at Reflection Room. The pricing is extremely reasonable and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable.. I was given great aftercare instructions- also... don't be dumb, but the cleaning solution they sell.. it's amazing and sprays from all angles.
