From there it was nearly 12 hours, 2pm Wednesday before she got surgery and after that finally she got admitted to a room. The surgeon was amazing and they removed the gallbladder and she was discharged 1:30pm Thursday making the process all in aprox 48 hours. Besides the long time waiting around which is just how it goes in the hospital my only real gripe is they sent her home with zero pain meds less than 24 hours after major surgery full of fresh incisions which I think is crazy but fingers crossed she doesn't experience breakthrough pain that sends us back there.

EMS administered anesthesia on scene, and I arrived already separated from my belongings. After being sedated and moved around the hospital, I woke up around 2:00 AM on April 25 and immediately asked for my phone so I could contact my family. A nurse briefly looked for it, couldn't find it, and chose not to log it as part of my belongings. From that point on, no one took accountability. For the next 48+ hours, I repeatedly asked nurses, doctors, and security for help locating my phone. I was ignored, dismissed, or told nothing could be done. During that entire time, my family and girlfriend had no idea where I was or if I was even alive. My girlfriend ultimately had to contact the police, who pursued a warrant through AT&T to locate my phone. She arrived at the hospital on April 26 bawling her eyes out not knowing if I was dead, alive, shot, killed, etc.. That is unacceptable. They facilitated a traumatic experience for my entire family. Once I had access to a laptop, we tracked the phone ourselves. It had already left the hospital and connected to a nearby residential WiFi network (culd-de-sac). When I triggered alerts asking for it to be returned, it was disposed nearby. Security was ineffective throughout this entire process. They failed to act while the phone was still on hospital property and became defensive when I escalated to actual law enforcement (very sus). At no point did I feel supported, protected, or taken seriously. Every legitimate solution was delayed. Security supervisor blamed me for all of their failures, FRESH OUT OF SURGERY. To be clear: I was a post-surgery patient, medicated and in pain I was unable to contact anyone for 2-3 days I COULD NOT WALK My loved ones believed I could have died My personal property was lost or stolen under hospital care This was not just an inconvenience. It was a traumatic and avoidable failure of basic patient care and security protocol. I checked out early because I no longer felt safe. I expect accountability, and I strongly urge others to be cautious about how personal belongings are handled here. Because my phone was lost while I was under their care, I now have no way to schedule follow-up appointments. What makes this worse is that they are fully aware of the situation, yet continue to rely on the very phone number they know I cannot access instead of contacting me by email. This is not just frustrating, it is negligently inhumane.

Between the initial office visit and one set of labs, I've already spent over $1,000. I was told the labs would "usually come back fairly reasonable" through insurance, but $725 is far from reasonable. I was also told there was a cash-pay option of $900, which is equally concerning. I'm not sure what standard of "reasonable" this clinic is using, because these costs feel excessive and out of reach for many people. It gave me the impression that this practice may only be accessible to those for whom cost isn't a concern. Additionally, my experience during the in-office lab draw was concerning. The staff member who attempted it seemed very inexperienced, she removed the tourniquet before even attempting to insert the needle and then tried to reposition the needle after insertion. Another staff member had to step in and was able to draw the labs immediately without any issues, which was frustrating given that I've been told I have easy veins. On top of that, I would have had to pay another $219 out of pocket for a follow-up lab review that was supposed to happen within 7-10 days, but the earliest available appointment was a month out. At that point, I decided to cancel and take it as a sign. I would not return and cannot recommend this clinic. I would hate for someone else to end up in the same position, especially when you're already not feeling well and just trying to find answers, only to be left with an unexpected financial burden on top of it.

This review is reflective of the Tempe location and the doctor I saw. 1. The doctor was extremely overwhelmed when she saw I was overstimulated and overwhelmed and couldn't accommodate my basic asks like a physical exam and lowering the lights. When I explained I had not seen a specialist in a specific area due to assault at a private clinic, her response was "that happened in the clinic?" - not trauma informed at all. Ridiculous. I have no idea what her problem is, but I will never return to this location. 2. I still don't know if the correct blood tests as I've asked for multiple times to be ordered were done right and had a script from another doctor. The doctor couldn't figure it out and left it the phlebotomist who was actually a lovely human being and extremely kind. 3. Parking directions in the app are outdated and wrong, causing my parking to not be validated and for me to get hit on on the way by the attendant who attempted to validate. 4. I had to wait over an hour to get my blood work done, which is very unlike one medical and absolutely bad shit crazy. I've never experienced reading that long just to do a pretty routine blood draw. Overall, I'll be seeking care back at the other locations within Phoenix instead of this location ever again as clearly this location does not have the best - or even basic 5/10 - doctors located here. My normal PCP from one medical was out for several weeks, which is why I decided to try this other location instead of waiting for her because this was something that was time sensitive. The questioning of being assaulted at another clinic was extremely inappropriate and not even given away of "oh I'm sorry that happened" - literally just asking where. Almost as nice as asking what I was wearing! Don't waste your time here especially as they didn't have any referrals when they told me to see a couple different specialists. Go to Scottsdale or Gilbert where there's parking and competent professionals. Worst One Medical I've been to (and I've been to 7).

Because I no longer have accchs. They are able to bill accchs $677 for every visit, but now that I pay cash they only make $179 per visit. They forgot to send in my drug tests multiple times! I knew I'd report them to the state board and accchs months ago. I've been talking about all the sketchy shit to my mom and disabled friend for months. So I knew I was going to report them from the start. I am apart of the reason the fbi shut down a ton of sober living homes for human trafficking and double billing. I hate when people break the law and don't follow rules! I'm autistic it's hard to ignore. It's very easy to see when an accchs scam is happening and I felt it happening the second he gave me 10mg oxycodone without starting me on 5mg first. And then he kept letting my pee tests expire and not send to lab. Today the doctor says he is cutting me off pain meds because they don't feel comfortable prescribing them long term. I asked them if I broke the pain contract, they said no. I later get an email saying I'm permanently discharged because I broke The pain contract. They kicked me out of their practice because I am self pay. Discrimination. They're also not billing using correct address' and he's practicing in multiple states with multiple address. I talked to my pharmacist right away and told them everything I experienced and they told me YES this doctor is doing illegal shit. 1/26/26 they said I no longer need to do drug tests to receive my meds, that's illegal. My pharmacist is helping me with filing the report to accchs and the state board. Oh yeah he also gave me a 14 day supply of meds but wrote on the bottle it was a 7 day supply of meds. So I felt like he was trying to trick me or something. I'm not a drug addict so I use my meds properly and this little weird shit he did, did not affect me, I never took more than I was supposed to. But prescribing meds wrong on purpose is illegal as well, malpractice. I've been on prescribed controlled substances since I was 8 years old, I am well aware of how it all works. I've been permanently disabled for 12 years also. And then he tried to get me to do as many x rays as possible before my insurance cut off. He found scoliosis and then cancelled me as a patient immediately. Why would someone do that? He wouldn't even discuss my imagining he ordered. He made me pay $179 to get discharged today. So yeah I knew immediately the second he prescribed meds wrong and gave me 10mg oxycodone right away that he was crooked and I WAS FUCKING RIGHT!!!! If you ever feel weird at pain mgmt ask the pharmacist about it. They can definitely reassure you if you experienced something illegal. Other than that, while I was being prescribed oxycodone for a few months, the appointments were fast and scheduled normally. Just nothing the doctor ever did was normal. Letting my pee tests expire multiple times, writing wrong medication information. Accchs would only allow a 7 day RX and he gave me 14 days and put 7 days on the bottle, so that's called LYING. Lying about how much you're prescribing. All I see is red flags at this place.

This was the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. To preface, I am currently in nursing…read moreschool and have prior, extensive, experience performing physical exams as an Advanced EMT. Based on that background, I am deeply concerned by the lack of clinical knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism demonstrated by the treating provider, Conway Charles, FNP, during this visit... I had been sick for over 10 days, and by the time of my visit my throat was so swollen I was struggling to swallow and breathe, frequently drooling, and in severe pain. I rarely take medications unless necessary, but nothin (OTC or prescribed) was helping. After I mentioned taking an old oxycodone from a semi recent dental procedure (which to me, alarmingly, did not even help), Provider Conway Charles, FNP's demeanor immediately changed. He asked to "check my pulse," a second time, even though it was normal the first time, and did not palpate appropriately and instead appeared to scan my arm for track marks. This felt accusatory and unethical. I requested basic bloodwork due to feeling genuinely frightened for my health. His physical exam was rushed and incomplete. I had been experiencing intermittent stabbing abdominal/ body pain throughout the week, which I had mentioned earlier. During the middle of my visit, the pain suddenly worsened. When I tried to explain this, Conway Charles, FNP became irritated and questioned why I "didn't say it hurt" during palpation, despite the pain being intermittent and intensifying after the exam began. I explained my history of kidney circulation issues diagnosed in the ER and venous insufficiency that worsen during prolonged illness. Rather than listening, he repeatedly interrupted me, questioned the legitimacy of my diagnosis, and told me to "just go to the ER." When I calmly asked again for bloodwork, he raised his voice, removed his mask, and stated he "didn't want to," claiming they "don't do that," which is untrue and appeared motivated by the clinic closing soon. He also lectured me in a judgmental manner about using my inhaler, despite my explaining that my asthma is exercise-induced only and that my symptoms were related to throat inflammation, not my lungs. He then contradicted himself by stating my throat "wasn't swollen, just inflamed," reflecting concerning gaps in basic medical knowledge. He also questioned me about my antidepressant and anti-anxiety medications without explaining why, further contributing to the feeling of being judged rather than treated. I was hysterically crying and begging for basic evaluation, and his only response was that he "didn't want to" and that I could go elsewhere. I left feeling judged, unheard, and dehumanized, strongly believing I was being treated as dramatic or drug-seeking despite the fact that I never even asked for pain medication. My condition worsened after this visit. When I went to the ER, the physician stopped all medications prescribed by this urgent care and started appropriate treatment that helped. I am now improving. Alarmingly, I had been prescribed high-dose antibiotics that are renally cleared, which caused severe pain and vomiting given my kidney history. He was concerned about that lack of meds I was given for how swollen, irritated and inflamed my throat sinus and mucosal membranes were. This visit was a waste of time, money, and dignity. Even if a patient were seeking pain relief, they still deserve humane and ethical care. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Also, despite having insurance, the cost was unusually high compared to other urgent care visits, especially given the lack of appropriate evaluation or treatment. I felt extremely uncomfortable in this NP's presence :( Positive note: The front desk staff member working that evening was kind, patient, and empathetic, and genuinely seemed sorry about the situation. She was the only positive part of this visit.
