Emily, the recruiter is always spot on. She is funny and professional and gets you in and out quick. There was this older woman in there though who I guess was the boss? But she didn't act like it. She came out and yelled at them while myself and other people were sitting in there! How extremely unprofessional! I felt bad for them and then she looked at us like we were nothing because we wanted a temp job. All in all I loved my experience with this company!

Then if you dare speak in your defense, you will be attacked and yelled at. Oh, but remember you are the unprofessional one right? It is one thing to pass up a candidate for someone else with better credentials, but another thing to smear someone's character. Spent almost $20 to fax everything they demanded or else I wouldn't get the job, they told me. Later found out that the agency (Exclusive Staffing) didn't even send in all my paperwork on time to the client so it delayed the client a whole week to set me up and they were not happy with Exclusive Staffing. Once in the job, they were not helpful and only available in the morning (East Coast time) to answer questions; they do not return calls right away and forget about emails....unanswered as well. I don't know how they stay in business! They are unprofessional and old school. The only good thing is they have direct deposit, but takes a long time to receive paycheck stubs by mail only. Forget it if there's an error on the paycheck....they don't care and won't talk to you. Compared with other employment agencies, Exclusive Staffing in Virginia doesn't come close to being as good and professional. Stay with agencies in California. It may be a better choice.

I was contacted by James Evans who sent me a message saying he left a voice message. I checked and that was not true. What was true was that he sent no information about the job at all so I had to ask for it. When he replied, the job description was not complete. I could tell it was partially copied and something was clearly missing. I replied telling him about it but ever since then I did not receive a reply. This is another instance of recruiters being unprofessional and wasting my valuable time, something I already know from another Insight Global branch (same attitude with no information, no job descriptions and this lovely habit to drop the ball suddenly). Don't waste time with these clowns.
