If you're looking to make a change in your life or…read morejust in need of some advice and career/business guidance, do not hesitate to make an appointment with her. While doing some soul searching, I was feeling like I was at a crossroads in my life and needed to make some big decisions. I did a lot of research on coaches in the Richmond area, and after reading the rave reviews, I knew it was time to make an appointment. I'm so glad I found her because she gave me the direction that I needed but couldn't find from asking friends and family for advice. Sometimes you just need an unbiased outside party to help you find clarity. I recommend her to anyone who is serious about taking actionable measures to change their life/business/career path. Carroll is truly a kind and genuine person who cares deeply about her clients and will go above and beyond for them.

I saw Bonnie a few months ago, and literally cannot say enough positive things about the…read moreexperience! I went in having been fairly aimless and no longer content in the work I had been doing for ten years and feeling like it was likely impossible for me to find work that would be fulfilling while still aligning with my politics and ethics. I really felt like Bonnie heard me and didn't shy away from the difficulties I was having (and creating for myself) with the career options I was coming up with on my own. She was gentle and affirmative but also held me accountable and was exactly what I needed and didn't know I needed. I refer people to her every single chance I get (really, like every week) and would absolutely recommend her to you!

I've tested in five different testing centers and this one was no different than any other centers. Naturally, the process can be stressful. Another review mentioned not being let in due to a name issue. It's clearly stated and well known that Pearson's policy is that the names for your ID and confirmation MUST match exactly or you will be denied entry. This is not a reflection on the staff members here--moreso for the person that was ill prepared and overlooked multiple reminders from Pearson to ensure that their names match prior to test day.

It would be easier and more comfortable to take the exam in a state prison than it was here. I was denied entrance because I registered with clearly identifiable nickname for my middle name that was on my forms of identification but because the check in lady was robotic and very strict to the fine print to the point of being obsessive I was turned away and forced to reschedule weeks later and had to pay "no show fees". If you want to pass your exams/certifications take your exam anywhere else but here and yes a prison that offers examinations would be more suitable by ten fold.

There are two questionnaires that you have to complete every time before you have your therapy or…read more session. They are extremely repetitive. When requesting paperwork from medical records, it can take up to 30 days which is very inconvenient if you need it for something extremely important. There is absolutely no way to expedite the process. The psychiatrist I worked with was extremely helpful. She did the best she could with the resources she had. The therapist I had, wasn't a good fit, and I searched day by day for a new therapist, but they didn't have too many available options, considering my health insurance and the type of individual I was looking for. Thriveworks has a lot of rules set/policies for their workers. For example, if you plan on taking a leave of absence for work, the psychiatrist can only approve four weeks. If you are looking to get any sort of leave of absence, paperwork completed, I highly recommend to utilize your psychiatrist as your therapist cannot answer to or fill out certain, I learned the hard way. Your psychiatrist cannot speak to any sort of leave of absence until you have had for sessions with them. Thriveworks has been nothing but a headache for me, at one point, my therapist was doing more harm than good. Hence the reason for me searching for another.
