I wrote a few months ago about the horrible service. Diana called back wanting me to take it down…read moreSD they would get my husband's papers sent in.. months later I get this email from Ben Williams himself asking me to take it down. Me and my daughter r n mexico without my husband visiting his dying mom he hasn't seen in 16 years!!! N WE paid in full!! HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW! Here is the email I recieved today. And my response! Hi Angel and Carlos, I just wanted to check in with you guys. I know Diana spoke with you a couple months ago about the 1-star Yelp review you left for Ben Williams Law. She mentioned that you said you would take it down. If you are willing to remove it (or edit it to a 5-star) I'd really appreciate it. I am a small business and just opened last year, so negative reviews are quite damaging to my reputation and ability to get new clients. The review mentions issues I believe you had with my old firm that I had no control over. I'm sorry you had those difficulties but I thought we had cleared all that up. You, of course, have the right to leave the review up. However, I cannot continue to represent you if that is how you feel about me, Diana, or my firm. I would have to withdraw from representation and could no longer help with your case. Please let me know if you'll be removing/changing the review or not. If the review is still up in two weeks and I have not heard from you, I will have to withdraw from your case. I've been sick almost dying n the hospital for lat few months we paid yall n full filled out the forms and had the sponsor come fill out paper work 3x at the old and new office. U never sent me a letter saying u were switching offices. It took me calling the old office for 6 months to get the old office to give me ur new information. I shouldn't of had to hunt u down. We made the mistake of paying yall all the money b4 u did ur job. Now my and my daughter had to make an emergency trip yesterday to mexico because Carlos mom is dying.. u have had all r money all paper work filled out and signed MULTIPLE times. All of our friends have had their green cards n 4 to 6 months u have literally sat on my paper work for OVER 2 YEARS!!!! N WE HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE SERVICES WE PAID FOR! NOON RETURNS PHONE CALLS NOONE RETURNS EMAILS...SO NOW MY HUSBAND WHO HASNT SEEN HIS MOM IN 15 YEARS IS PROBABLY NEVER GOING TO SEE HER AGAIN. now I think when I get home from Mexico since u threatened me n the email u sent. I'm going to call a few lawyers explain what yall have done to us. Then my old professor is an distinct attorney n love me I'm going to see what my options are because I feel like yall have robbed us! And robbed my husband the opportunity to see his mom one last time. I told Diane I would take down the yelp when I saw some activity on my case being done and nothings been done would u like for me to get on yelp Facebook Instagram Google review and tell our whole story because we aren't n the wrong here! Since that's the only thing u r worried about. Not worried about ur clients who paid u 2 yrs ago n still doesn't have anything to show for it..... I have a paralegal disease studied immigration laws and go to my old professor with all my questions n he thinks I need to take yall to court. I'm n mexico til the 14th.. this isn't even half the bs I went through!!!! And I have a good case.. don't threaten someone especially when u do t know there pack ground if I hadn't gotten sick I was half was to becoming an immigration attorney Show quoted text

BEWARE OF THIS PREDATORY LAW FIRM ! PLEASE READ TO THE END…read more THEY USE FAKE 5 REVIEWS!!! I hired them at the end of 2023, believing they were a professional and trustworthy law firm. From day one, I told them I didn't know anything about the legal system and was afraid of being scammed or taken advantage of. They reassured me they were nothing like that. We signed a contract for $8,900. Few months later, I attended an online hearing with my lawyer. After that, they billed me an extra $1,500 just because the lawyer showed up. They said they will charge me every time they appear in court. I had no choice but to accept it, even though they never explained this in the beginning. Before my final master hearing, I contacted their assistant Rayza to speak with my lawyer and ask a few important questions. That's when she told me, "Your lawyer left the company." I asked what would happen now, and she said, "We'll assign you a new lawyer soon." I trusted them again and waited. Weeks passed, and no one followed up. In early March 2025, I was planning to make my monthly payment in person at their office (as I preferred paying there and getting a paper receipt). Because I couldn't get a day off from work during the first week, I called Rayza and asked if I could come in the following Tuesday, March 11. She said okay and also will notify the team so they wouldn't call and pressure me. Then, just a few days later, I got this letter on my door saying they would no longer represent me claiming I hadn't answered their calls. That was a complete lie. In fact, they've called and pressured me repeatedly in the past about payments, often in aggressive and unprofessional ways. Every time they called me from Richmond Office, they didn't let me explain myself. Because they were yelling at me and not listening what I'm trying to tell them. I did paid them in total over $4000 and expect to get their kind service, didn't expect to get pressed by unprofessional toxic employees. I only knew two names: Roselyn (Rosy) and Karen both of which may not even be their real names. Many of the people I spoke with were rude and dismissive, and several had strong accents (possibly Indian), making communication even more difficult. One male employee from the Richmond office was especially disrespectful, constantly pressuring me over the phone and making me feel even more anxious and hopeless. I told them I had no one else to turn to financially, but they kept telling me to borrow money or "figure it out." I eventually made an appointment with Rayza at the Fairfax office to explain how the Richmond office was treating me. I told her they were yelling at me and interrupting me when I tried to speak calmly. She apologized and promised to handle it but nothing changed. After receiving the letter about being dropped, I called more than 20 times to reach assistant Rayza. The receptionist finally told me they were connecting me to her, but instead, a man answered and said he was her assistant. Clearly, she was avoiding me. About an hour later, Rayza finally emailed me saying that the billing department would call me to explain the letter. Billing manager Roselyn called and said the letter was sent because of a missed payment, not because I didn't answer calls. I asked why the letter lied, and she said it was a mistake. She admitted the real reason they removed my lawyer was because of the payment issue. But I told her: Rayza had told me a month earlier that my lawyer left the firm and that they'd assign a new one. So who is lying? They lied, took my money, and dropped me right before my final hearing. They made me feel anxious, alone, and hopeless and I will not forgive them. They knew I couldn't afford to sue them, and they took advantage of that. Now they act like nothing happened. Think twice before signing a $10,000 contract with Fayad Law and getting charged couple thousands more later just for court appearances. They present themselves as professionals which they are not. This is why they charge way more than other law firms. Don't let them fool you.Thank you for reading.
