So then go through the process just to be told we don't have anything available at this time. Call back next week to see if we have anything. I did exactly that but of course they couldn't tell me nothing but we'll have to call you back. Still waiting.....on the call back. So if you need to follow up on your assignment you're forced to drive or find transportation to Chester. I contacted this "career counseling" agency to assist me in my job hunt in Richmond, VA. I called…read more(804) 939-0541 and someone answered and after I provided my background, he kept giving me assurances that he could help with my situation. The person on the phone indicated that we could have a call on the upcoming Friday at 2pm that week. Well as the week went forward and I was expecting an invite, I message the phone number that I had called, since they had sent through some text messages to me first. I got no response, and sure enough on that Friday at 2pm I got no call. I had other things going on and didn't have the number handy, so I forgot to try to call them back until the following Monday. When addressing the same person, he immediately swapped blame to me, and made it seem as though I was somehow supposed to contact him, which was not the case. He setup an "appointment" again and then he again failed to even contact me during his own appointment window. This company seems shady, and I doubt they provide any real services.
