Finally, they determined that it was the motor that was malfunctioning-- but since that part had been discontinued, the unit was non repairable. The good news is they refunded my money for the parts they had ordered and installed, and only charged me for the one time dispatch fee (one visit). Amazing! They also gave me great advice on how to buy a new one that would fit into the compact space. 10 stars!!!
