I was pleased to discover they had opened at location in Meridian at the Village. The young sales associate was very kind and informative. She even told me about the rewards program and an exclusive oil that was free the month of your birthday. I ended up making an unexpected purchase because the sale was outstanding. Went in on my birthday yesterday and the same, sweet sales associate was working alongside possibly the store manager. Completely different experience. The store manager was unwelcoming, rude, and incredibly snotty after I inquired about the Flash Sale. I ended up leaving. I will not shop here if this particular associate or store manager is on the sales floor. You work in sales and customer service. Do your job or lose the business.
