David and his son were absolutely incredible working with me on an inspection for my first home…read more The attention to detail and thorough inspection allowed me to see the good the bad and the ugly when it came to the particularly odd home I was purchasing! It's a Quonset turned into a home so they definitely had their work cut out for them when it came down to inspecting all of the different aspects of the structure. In addition to the home inspection I had them inspect the well on property. Again, their thorough inspection led me to taking a couple extra precautions to ensure I was making a sound decision with moving forward with the home. As this was my first home I've ever purchased I had a million and one questions related (and unrelated!) the inspection and his professional recommendations as well as opinions on different things. On top of all of this, the price for the inspection (both home and well) were definitely affordable and provided me with an incredibly detailed file color coded to all of the problems, potential problems, and overall state of the home. David went above and beyond in so many facets of my experience with him and I would absolutely recommend him to all future home buyers when it comes to inspection needs. He really put -me- first and was looking out for my best interest throughout the whole process. Thanks so much David for taking the time to work with me and my very odd property!

We took home a couple samples and within 5 minutes knew exactly what we wanted. Dale came by our house the next day to take measurements and then shortly after we got on the waiting list. Unfortunately my husband and I contracted COVID during the time they were scheduled to lay our flooring but they were flexible and pushed out the date a couple weeks. While they were here the crews were friendly, professional, and provided quality work. Our floors were leveled out, old laminate under our old flooring was pulled up and now we have beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. After they were finished, we noticed that there were a couple spots that weren't glued down properly. Dale sent out the crews to come back and fix the area. We love the end result! Highly recommend and in the future when it is time to replace our carpet, we know exactly where we want to get it from.
