Astro has been coming to spray my apartment for bedbugs for the last several months. Despite all the trips they have accomplished nothing. When I spoke to the man who came to spray and told him it wasn't working he admitted that there were things that needed to be sprayed but they were allowed to do so. If they knew that what they were doing wasn't going to work why did they continue to do so and to charge me for the service. Sounds like fraud to me. read more

I found that the house had termites and called Astro. They came out the same day and did a walk around inside and outside of the house and found several problems. I asked to run up a cost. All this took a little over an hour. Nikki was the one that did this and she was great in providing me with answers to all my questions. (Great people person). I have had Astro's service since 2012. The service started off great. After the first year, my exterminator stopped showing up and we we're billed for month's he did not show. Luckily when I spoke to a young lady there she removed payments for the time the guy did not show up, but it has started up again. I had to call them and tell he had not shown up. When I spoke with him he told me that he came to my house at the beginning of the month. He did not.
