I had read the information he wrote about his business and why he started it on Yelp and in dealing with him personally I found things to be as he described them. He was personable and took the time to explain about the type of insects in our area and what's involved in keeping them away. I believe Capital City's prices are fair. You don't have to pay for corporate overhead, so you catch a break that way but they aren't low-ball where you know thr pest control person can only spend 5 minutes with you because they have so see tons of people to make a living.

They are quick to respond to any needs you have. The techs are courteous and the office staff does a good job communicating and organizing. My only wish is that they give me discount since I use so many services from them. LOL.

Died twice, that is my yard, that Paul's Pest Control serviced did. They killed my new $8000 yard I…read morehad put down in October of 2025 and now 2026 they killed it again. Oh, they said nothing, no apology, just sent out technician to ad play sand to all the new bald spots in yard that they created. I ask technician when there done with spraying other people's yard with weed killer, do they clean out the tanks before going to someone house to spray fertilizer, they said NO, the product get diluted enough, that it won't harm yard. Well, they done this twice to me, the technician comes out to yard walks up the middle of yard and has a small stream spray, insted of a fan spray and hit speratic areas, not the whole yard, also watch out for schrubs that might have been in his path of spray, because they too are going to die, like my $200 Japanees Maple, dead now. I have filmed the techniican several times doing this scheulded vist. Same pattern every time, aren't they supposed to spray all my yard for $600 a year. Don't let the old name Paul's Pest Control fool you, my understanding they are under new ownership. Don't let all those five-star ratings fool you either, now a days those can be bought and paid for, on Google or anywhere else.

And had to come out here 3 times and still having mice in attic issues. Their workers say your paying this just for them to come back in another way. Since their not returning my calls I am contacting BBB and fraud on their payment for their work because I did not receive what I paid for! Do not use them for anything unless you want to be calling them all the time to do their job. It's been 3 weeks of trying to contact them. Still no response. Their not holding their end of the contract.
