I contacted appliance pros earlier this year when my oven wasn't working. Another company estimated 3 weeks before even coming out to look at it- Michael came out the next day and it was fixed. This week our dryer started making a weird noise so I reached out again. Michael came the day he said he would and fixed it too! They're honest, reliable, and affordable! read more

They aren't good at returning calls. American Home Shield warranty company has assigned them to us several times and they are slow to make an appointment and slower returning calls. Asking them to have a part overnighted at your own expense, even after American Home Shield approved the request, is not how they do business. read more

We were referred to Appliance Pros of Tallahassee through our home warranty company and had an excellent experience. Our dryer was not heating and displaying an error code, and a technician was dispatched within 24 hours. He quickly identified the issue and determined that it was related to the building rather than the appliance itself. Despite the fact that the problem was not caused by the dryer or by anything within their control, the team went above and beyond to attempt to have the repair approved under the warranty. This level of effort and advocacy for the customer is rare and truly speaks to the integrity of their business and technicians. I would not hesitate to hire Appliance Pros of Tallahassee directly and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, professional appliance service. read more

Not good is the wrong word...let's use absofuckinglutely HORRIBLE! The one star is the lowest rating and if anything, they earned that for the promptness of their initial service call ONLY! I can't even tell you the number of times I have called requesting callbacks, texted, and left voice messages. Appliance Pros of Tallahassee signed up to perform work under my home warranty company. They came out to diagnose the appliance issues. Took multiple phone calls afterwards to have information sent to warranty company. Warranty company sent them parts needed for repairs and I had an appliance delivered to my home for installation. To date, it has been sitting in my garage and I have been waiting for WEEKS for a return call and they have yet to contact me. The quick 30 seconds it would take to either text or respond via phone call would have been quite valuable. Unfortunately, not one single representative from Appliance Pros of Tallahassee has done ANYTHING! Piss poor customer service! I do not recommend this business to anyone. read more

They have been impossible to reach by phone. I left several messages and finally heard back, and then they had to order parts. Then once again I was unable to reach them by phone. They are either too busy or just don't care. Either way, I wouldn't use them again. read more

I used this company via my home warranty company. The technician came out promptly and check out my dishwasher. Once my replacement dishwasher was delivered, he showed up same day and installed it. A big A+ for this wonderful company The owners Joseph and Jessee are so kind and the same for the technician Michael. I appreciate the kindness to explain what needed to be done to my stove then call to check on us after we were hit by the tornados May 10, 2924. By talking we figured out that he and his wife Jessee knew my daughter and her family too. She gave raving reviews as well. I will ask for this company anytime and every time. Helping someone out of the knowledge and kindness for which he runs his business means so much to me! read more

We had a refrigerator that stopped cooling. Called Appliance Pros and had someone out within the hour. Bane was awesome. He had the problem diagnosed quickly and called the office to procure the part. With covid and home quarantine the repair industry is very busy, but because my need was urgent with the possible loss of food they were able to fit us in. read more

So helpful! They didn't have what we needed but searched around town and sent us in the right direction. Professional and courteous, too!

DON'T USE APPLIANCE PROS Look elsewhere for service. I called Appliance Pros to service my washing machine and ice machine. My washing machine was making a grinding noise and was having trouble spinning. My ice machine was working but had a leak that lead to all the ice freezing solid in the container. Their service was grossly negligent. While they replaced a gear in the washing machine, the service tech who installed the part had never worked on my type of washing machine. That being said, my washer now thumps and beats loudly on the spin cycle. So much so, we have to limit the load size to one or two towels maximum With the ice machine, it is now completely non functional. We called them for a leak, and they advised the unit need to be replaced. After multiple replacements, it still doesn't work. Appliance Pros basically installed my original ice machine back in my refrigerator, refunded my money and told me good luck; now our ice machine doesn't work at all. My advise, seek service somewhere else. read more

Washer was doing some strange things, water splashing from the top, leaking, spin cycle not working properly. We got in touch with the home warranty company and they had me contact Appliance Pros. They said they would send out a technician to check it out. Less than 24 hours later they called and said Ryan would be coming and let me select the best time slot for me. Before the time slot Ryan called and said he was on his way and gave me an eta, he arrived at the early end of the time slot. He listened to what I said it was the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the washer. He found the issues, repaired them and explained what was wrong and how it was corrected. Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable. Appliance Pros were great to work with, I would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs. read more
