I can't even tell you the number of times I have called requesting callbacks, texted, and left voice messages. Appliance Pros of Tallahassee signed up to perform work under my home warranty company. They came out to diagnose the appliance issues. Took multiple phone calls afterwards to have information sent to warranty company. Warranty company sent them parts needed for repairs and I had an appliance delivered to my home for installation. To date, it has been sitting in my garage and I have been waiting for WEEKS for a return call and they have yet to contact me. The quick 30 seconds it would take to either text or respond via phone call would have been quite valuable. Unfortunately, not one single representative from Appliance Pros of Tallahassee has done ANYTHING! Piss poor customer service! I do not recommend this business to anyone. read more

The technician Michael came to our home and was very professional and gave us a complete explanation of the repairs needed. Michael ordered the parts and reached out to us as soon as they were in and promptly came and repaired the washing machine and made sure it was performing as needed before he left. They have been impossible to reach by phone. I left several messages and finally heard back, and then they had to order parts. Then once again I was unable to reach them by phone. They are either too busy or just don't care. Either way, I wouldn't use them again. read more

I used this company via my home warranty company. The technician came out promptly and check out my dishwasher. Once my replacement dishwasher was delivered, he showed up same day and installed it. I had an issue with my microwave,the home warranty company sent Appliance Pros it to install new one. They removed my old microwave and proceeded to install the new one. They broke my cabinet and we're unable to install the new microwave. They are refusing to fix cabinet and install microwave. They want me to pay to get cabinet fixed. It wasn't broken and old microwave was hanging just fine before they got here but now it's my problem. read more

DON'T USE APPLIANCE PROS Look elsewhere for service. I called Appliance Pros to service my washing machine and ice machine. My washing machine was making a grinding noise and was having trouble spinning. My ice machine was working but had a leak that lead to all the ice freezing solid in the container. Their service was grossly negligent. While they replaced a gear in the washing machine, the service tech who installed the part had never worked on my type of washing machine. That being said, my washer now thumps and beats loudly on the spin cycle. So much so, we have to limit the load size to one or two towels maximum With the ice machine, it is now completely non functional. We called them for a leak, and they advised the unit need to be replaced. After multiple replacements, it still doesn't work. Appliance Pros basically installed my original ice machine back in my refrigerator, refunded my money and told me good luck; now our ice machine doesn't work at all. My advise, seek service somewhere else. read more

Washer was doing some strange things, water splashing from the top, leaking, spin cycle not working properly. We got in touch with the home warranty company and they had me contact Appliance Pros. They said they would send out a technician to check it out. Less than 24 hours later they called and said Ryan would be coming and let me select the best time slot for me. Before the time slot Ryan called and said he was on his way and gave me an eta, he arrived at the early end of the time slot. He listened to what I said it was the issue and proceeded to troubleshoot the washer. He found the issues, repaired them and explained what was wrong and how it was corrected. Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable. Appliance Pros were great to work with, I would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs. read more
