He spent about 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong but couldn't find the problem. He doesn't deal with Freon issues, so gave us the name of someone to call. Amazingly, he refused any payment for his time because "I didn't fix anything"! That kind of service is rare these days. I HIGHLY recommend this hard working and honest man.

He was friendly to my destructive little girl (a Jack Russell-Beagle mix) and had absolutely no problem with her hanging around while he worked. I highly recommend him, especially if you have gas appliances because not many people in town are licensed to work on them. He was prompt and his prices were reasonable, especially given how much time he spent working on my oven.

We do move them from his work area so he can work in peace and not get licked to death. I just called him today for another repair.

This is my second time using Appliance Pro's and I had a great experience with this appliance repair service. They were incredibly fast to respond and had someone out much sooner than I expected. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Michael, my technician, was especially professional and respectful. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and clearly knew his stuff. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in doing the job right. On top of that, he was courteous, punctual, and left everything perfect when he finished. It's not always easy to find service like this. Ryan, the technician, was awesome. My refrigerator stopped cooling. When Ryan arrived he plugged in the unit and in less than 10 seconds he was able to diagnose the issue.
