My own company had sponsored the cost of reprinting wife's 20th law school class reunion guides and there was no question as to where to take the project. Leave it to me to wait until the last minute to execute this project, but I did and Target Print & Mail committed to my deadline. In fact, when I picked up the packets on Friday afternoon (an hour prior to the event) the manager (Jeremy, who if I remember correctly is the son in law of the lady who started Target Copy "waybackwhen") offered to show me the facility - VERY impressive indeed and clearly capable of handling ANY job that TLH could send their way. Digital AND offset printing operations along with all the esoteric machinery to accomplish common and uncommon tasks. I've depended on Target Copy off and on since undergrad days (I'm FSU '89 and '94). By no means have I been a high profile client here, but I've always been made to feel like I actually was.

Today alone, the service went out at least 7 or 8 times. I have called support, emailed support, and tweeted support over and over again. They send out a tech days later if not the following week (totally unacceptable) and he's a nice guy, but he always says the same thing...the issue is not our house, but the signal coming to our house, and it's affecting the whole neighborhood and area. AND he can't fix it. He has to put in a maintenance request. More often than not the maintenance request gets cancelled by someone who says they can't find a problem and so it must be solved. hurray? Except it's not fixed. It's never been fixed. Right now I can see a wire hanging across the street with a branch touching it. But no one at mediacom will say if this is causing the intermittent outages. Nor will they fix the problem I lost a $3000 contract this month because the client didn't like how unreliable i was because my internet was always out. Once you are no longer the only show in town I'm sure you'll not have any business at all. Your email techs need to have some training. Most recently one of the techs implied she'd not help me further if I didn't do as she suggested (remove one of my routers)....even though the issue is not a wifi issue at all. If I demand to know why maintance hasn't fixed it they send out the same poor tech to my house who can only confirm AGAIN that it's a maintenance issue. He's been to our house so much we feel like we should have him to dinner. Get your crap together mediacom.
