However, after being denied home insurance because our roof was in disrepair, I learned that roof damage could be seen with the naked eye. Glistening like glitter had been thrown all over it meant the composition was breaking down and flaking away. This error cost me thousands of dollars. When this issue was presented to cingo their recourse was to blame me (the homebuyer) and offer a refund of my inspection.
