The job included new windows and a door (complete with doggy door for the pups), new siding, interior finishes, new tile plank flooring, electrical, concrete work, and a mini-split for heating and cooling. Everyone who sees it says the same thing - it looks like it's been there all along. They matched the existing house exactly, and everything has been top quality materials and installation. Kyle is something of a perfectionist, and he wouldn't accept anything less. I've worked with GC's in the past who talked a good game, promised the stars, and then disappeared in the dust they left behind. Kyle was on site at every critical stage, he stayed on top of his work crews insisting on professionalism and perfection, and he bird-dogged the project until the last screw was in place and the last touch-up of paint was complete. He's likely not the cheapest renovation contractor around, but I have complete confidence in his work, his workmanship, and his word. Whatever she comes up next, I assure you that Kyle will be my first call to help make her dream a reality.

Eric said they can check them, but can't order parts for them, that is up to you to deal with the company. They charged my system and checked out the mini slit that was leaking and the technician showed me where it was leaking and then he had to leave for training. He said to check the other units and send pictures, so I did. The next day I called and asked when they were coming back to check the other three and he said they would have to put me back on the list. I called the next day and just asked for a letter from them to send to Mr. Cool warranty department stating the mini split was leaking, so I could get a replacement for it and Eric said, "The owner doesn't feel comfortable putting his name on a letter to another company stating the unit was leaking." I will never use a company that can't stand by their work. Call Crump Air & Heat (229) 469-6340 they came out faster and gave me a letter I could give to the warranty department to get a replacement!
