Fender and Sons installed my large lot privacy fence. Good work and good wood though the fence…read moredoes slope down a few inches where it connects to the house on one corner. I paid $11,774.66. I also had a patio structure that runs the length of the house with the top of it covered with patio screening to deflect the western sun a bit. The hurricane Adalia also tore off the screening of the patio structure as well as destroy our original fence. Fenders wife arranged for the group to remove remaining screening, acquire new screening, and install. They neglected to replace the size that was on there and used a heavier thicker screen that pulled right through the nails the first wind we got. They also neglected to tell me that I had rotten boards until after I had paid and they were through with the job. I paid $4,500 for that. Also they were suppose come back and stain the fence. They quit returning my calls and Mrs. Fender basically told me I wasn't an important enough client to deal with. The end. I recommend not using these people as they do not stand by their work and do not return calls. Remember, I spent over $16,000 with this contractor.
