But the good news I would like to share is that I found out that the fabricator is a local company in Rockaway, Tri State Stone and Tile. So you can basically cut out the middle man of a place like Chester Tile and go straight to the fabricator. They felt so bad that they replaced the piece free of charge. Nice to know there are caring and honest companies out there unlike Chester Tile. Stay away.

They treated him so bad, never trained him to do certain jobs they wanted him to do and his supervisor would get in his face like if he wanted to fight.
