Carissa at Assured on Regent was super helpful and got all things done in a timely fashion. My truck went in the shop, and a rental was all set up and waiting for me. It only took them a day to replace and repair the front end damage done in a no fault t-bone accident. I would recommend them to My family and friends. She helped make this experience a good one for me. Thanks assured read more

STAY AWAY from these people. They are rude and they will rip you off. They don't answer the phone and you can't leave a message. They want to start an insurance job before they gave me an estimate paid out of pocket on the same vehicle. They can't be trusted...STAY away. read more

Wish I could give 0 starts. This place has zero accountability for their mistakes, and doesn't care about customers time. Went several days over the time they said it would take to complete the repairs. We're talking about a 3-4 inch scratch, not replacing an entire front end. Just a way to bill insurance companies for excess amount of hours. Will never use Assured again. read more

Absolutely disgusted wi They really need to take a course on customer service, ended up costing me $700 more than I expected to pay due to their stupidity, try to follow up with them never return my calls or had the decency to talk to me read more

Did a decent job on my car's body but a not so clean job cleaning my car. I've had my cars fixed before but never had a detailing job this bad before. A lot of crumbs were still in the car. Also, the front staff were not so friendly. The only reason I used them was because the insurance company recommended them. It was not a very good experience all in all. read more

Disgusted with the customer service which included being yelled at and insulted by staff and manager. And then to be told by one manager that they are not experts...then why are you repairing my vehicle??? read more

I had a very positive experience here last year. Work was done in a timely manner. The guys were all very polite and easy to talk to. I did bring my vehicle back to get a second look but even that was received without any problems. read more

I had the pleasure of working with this company through my insurance, who had recommend them. The work was completed fast and accurately. Price was not an issue as the insurance covered the cost. This being said; I had recommend them to a friend. He was not going through insurance and paying for all repair costs. The quote he was told was $3000.00. Earlier in the day he received a quote from another collision center. Total cost of repair $1000.00. Insurance companies should shop around, maybe our premiums would decrease. read more

EXCELLENT. I've never been treated so well by a body shop. My car needed a new front and back end (rough week), and Assured not only did the job to perfection but did it quickly! On top of that, every single person I encountered was kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My AUDI looks brand new. read more

Still waiting for a 5-day job on day 9. The People seem to know what they are talking about but don't have much experience gauging timelines for completing the job. Seems like a they should know this kind of thing after many years of multiple jobs at the same time. read more

This was a recommended body shop from my insurance company for my 2012 Audi that I got into an accident with (I hit a deer). I have not gotten my car back and it is estimated it will take 3 weeks total to fix the car. This is way too long to wait for repairs that would likely take 2-3 days MAX. I will update the review when I get it back. read more

If there was an option for negative stars I would. I unfortunately got into a front end collision and my insurance company recommended this place as well as a few in the east end of the city. Thinking this place was close to the beaches I opted to go to Ensured. The service was decent at first but a 2 week job took a month. When I finally got the car back I had no heat there were gaps in the side skirt. When I told them they said I didn't fill enough coolant but turned out the rad was broken and leaking. Hello? Front end collision? Shouldn't you open the hood and check to see if things were in tact? Ended up being the coldest day on record and driving a few days with no heat and still has signs of damage from the accident. read more

I had a bad experience with a very rude collision inspector, whoes eyes are very close together. From the begining he was very rude and condescending. On the phone as we were discussing options, he said "what do I have to do? Beat it into you?" I dont recomend this place but I used it because of my insurance telling me that it is the closest to me. read more

Super friendly staff, very helpful/knowledgeable. Took care of my car and fixed everything at a great price. Best automotive repair shop in Ottawa (Concordia West). Manger Kyle Faith personally walked me through the repairs and walk through with the car. Exceptional customer service! read more

Do not trust your car with this body Shop! They had my car for 3weeks and At first glance it looked good but after further inspection I found problem after problem. They tried to give me my car with my door wiring harness hanging out exposed because they managed to brake the clips when unplugging it. They also didn't install my rear quarter window properly, it doesnt line up with the other window trims and it's sticking out in the corner. They removed my door panel with a screw driver rather then a plastic panel remover and put a bunch of little scratches on my paint trying to remove the door panel. They missed a spot when applying clear coat leaving a dull faded area, I found chips on my driver door where they opened it and I'm assuming repeatedly hit it on something, they forgot a screw on the window outer door trim so the trim would lift up whenever the window would go up, they even lost the trim end cap and replaced it with one that doesn't fit right from some another vehicle. Do not bring your car there, they do half ass rush jobs and could care less about your car. I really regret bringing my suv there, I brought it in with one problem and it came out with a bunch of new problems. My insurance wants me to bring it back so they can attempt to fix there mistaks again but I honestly don't trust them, I lost all faith in this company. I already brought it back once and this would be my third time! Plus who know what else they will do to my car. Avoid this body shop! They have no pride in there work and have no respect for your vehicle. If you have had work done by them I suggest you have a closer look at the work they did. read more
