The units all have some kind of asbestos stuff falling off the ceilings they get water when it rains there's Spaces and gaps around the doors so rodents and what not can get in. there's no electricity on the property and and very scarce lighting. Forget, if you want to see inside your unit is pitch black out the sun goes down no lighting .. if you take a unit, you can guarantee within a few months they will go up on your rent and then they will do it a few months again
