This company put a lien on my property on services a contractor asked for on the street in front of my house. My name was not on the invoice and I never signed anything, but they insist it was my property address on the invoice, so the lien was placed on my property. I informed them the work was done on the street in front of my house for the City, She said my address was on the invoice, so my reponsibility. They deny making any mistake. When I asked if the lien would be removed after the contractor who was listed on the invoice called them and told them they made a mistake, she sighed and said "Well, its Friday, so it won't be done until Monday. I asked to get written confirmation from them that they made a mistake and that the lien had been removed. She said they were not going to do that because they didn't make a mistake.
