I really only have to physically walk in to my bank about twice a year, the location varies on where I'm at in the city. I have noticed that banks are generally empty ghost towns in this day and age but this branch is never busy and I can get in and out quickly. The tellers are always friendly but chase is still starting to suck because they don't have a change counter for the customers any more so if your used to bringing in your change when the bowl is full, not any more because they only accept rolled change. I'm not about to count and roll $300 worth of change I have each year to deposit, are you fu*%ing kidding. There is a machine that can do all that so why would you take away my access to one. I'm going to have to get another bank that still offers a change counter for its customers. I see grocery stores have change counters all over the place but a bank who's sole business is money doesn't offer one is just intentionally pissing off there customers.

After 3 days Jenna called me and was excited to tell Me she found me some great coverage, for BOTH my home and car, much more than I currently had and for less money. Very simple. i made a payment a few weeks ago for the full balance of my account. It was for a big amount and it was drawn from my bank. I made a similar large payment from the same account months ago without any problems. This time, the bank put a block on my card WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME and the card stopped working without notice, leaving me without my primary form of payment. This means that auto payments on my account were being rejected, damaging my reputation with my creditors. They even kept the BLOCK on my card AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY PAYMENT. When I called the Bank, the representative told me that she couldn't do anything about this because of their "system." A supervisor finally lifted the hold, but the card still did not work. When I called back, I was frustrated and direct. I did not use bad language and I was not rude. She made it personal, and started lecturing me and hung up. A person like this has no business in customer service, especially if they cannot harness their own obvious insecurities. She should be fired. I have had nothing but problems with this institution. The same thing will happen to you.
