Luckily, we were put in contact with OneHealth for my fathers post hospital stay. We were so impressed with their punctuality, professionalism and knowledge. The nurse that came by was extremely patient in explaining how to do dressing changes and explained in great detail on how my father was to take all of his medications. The physical therapist, Jim, was beyond our expectation. He was so helpful and compassionate. You could tell that he really loves his job.  Although I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate in contacting One Health.

The nursing staff who did the assessment was absolutely superb! The pt who did the evaluation was incredible! But the administration?? Truly a joke! First off, the receptionist is rude, disrespectful and has zero empathy. I wonder how much sensitivity training they get?! You are dealing with families going through very tough times in their lives. Her behavior is unacceptable and she is truly in the wrong industry. I spoke with the assessment nurse about it who left a message for "Kevin". I have no idea who Kevin is or what his title is. I received a voicemail from Kevin days later. I mean DAYS! I call back and the receptionist tells me he never called me and essentially calls me a liar, as I'm staring at Kevin's voicemail on my phone. She refused to put me through to him. That was the last straw! The previous day, I attempted to contact the nurse who had seen my husband only ONCE since his assessment and it was 9 days AFTER the assessment! My husband had a massive heart attack, followed by a serious fall, resulting in bodily harm and injuries, for which he was hospitalized again. Here I am chasing her and she can't give me an appointment to save her life. I told her he has an emergency dental issue and I need to take him to the dentist and she tells me her only availability is during the dental appointment! She then proceeds to get an attitude with me about my "frustration" with her. The next day when I attempted to speak with this Kevin person, whose voicemail had come in during the weekend, and was unable to, I had had it. I fired the agency over the phone and on the spot! Later that day I get a text from the evaluating pt to come and discharge my husband the following day. Are you kidding me?? I was respectful and declined. I contacted our PCP for a referral to a different agency. The agency called me an hour later. They will start in a couple of days. If you truly want good home healthcare services, this is NOT the agency to go to! The evaluating staff are great but after that, good luck! And heaven forbid you need to speak with someone with any type of pull. Forget it! The crass receptionist speaks for the entire administration.

This review is long overdue for Czarina and her team at Premier Homecare Angels. Right before…read moreThanksgiving 2023, my parents moved in with me and my family after my father had a triple bypass surgery. While he was recovering, my mother was later diagnosed with dementia. My husband and I quickly became overwhelmed with juggling our four school-aged kids with the differing needs of my elderly parents. We shared these challenges with Czarina and with her encouragement and help, she introduced us to Aurora, one of her amazing caregivers. Aurora was meant to assist with caring for my mom. Aurora became our angel at home for the two days/nights she was with us. As a very experienced caregiver, she gave us a brief reprieve in the middle of the week which helped us spend time alone with our kids since we knew my parents were being well cared for at home. Aurora is warm, patient, and loving. She took such good care of my mom and I will be eternally grateful for that. It was a plus that Aurora was a great cook and regularly cleaned my parents' room and did their laundry. Because she spoke Tagalog, I could hear my mom and her talking for hours during the day. She prepared my parents meals, cleaned up after them, bathed her and helped her in the bathroom. She even went with my mom to the hair salon, and fixed my mom's hair beautifully after her baths. There came a point when my parents decided to move into a senior community. Czarina was there again to help us. She called around to see what places had openings, walked us through the process of obtaining the necessary forms from Kaiser (and even called the doctor to help us get it signed), and gave us an idea of what to expect in those settings. This was my family's first experience with a caregiver and searching for a senior home. We were definitely more than satisfied with Czarina's guidance, as well as Aurora's kindness and gentle care for our mom. Thank you Premier Angels! If you're in need of some help for yourself or a loved one, look no further. Call Czarina and she'll help guide you as to what options might be best depending on your individual needs.

We thought she needed a break since she's his caretaker 24/7 so I started reaching out to local in home care provider. Premier Homecare Angels representative, Tedd, was very responsive, called me right away that same evening regarding my needs and explained everything I needed to know. They put me at ease and assured me just by sharing their knowledge of the whole process and empathy towards the whole situation. They made it simple! Next step was for someone to come into my aunts home to assess and ensure they needs I had described to them that we were looking for was accurate and to find a caregiver match with both my uncle and aunt. They were so flexible and when I scheduled the visit Tedd came out himself to assess on a Saturday, a few days after my initial call. That's great as we were looking to start the in home care services asap! Wow we were so impressed by his attentiveness, candor and putting my aunt and uncle as ease when we met. Long story short, we decided to move forward with Premier Homecare Angels. Tedd found a match for us with our care needs and schedule and sent someone out the following week! Great service, communication and flexible/willing to work with the client! Great all around! Unfortunately, my aunt/uncle are relocating to Arizona soon so this is a short term assignment but I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again if I ever need any in home care services!

I was putting off trying to find a care home for my mom for the last six months. Prior to that,…read morealthough she had been declining, I could still communicate with her somewhat; push her around in a wheelchair, and watch her eat most of her food. However, from January 2025 on, it seemed like every two weeks, she would get worse dramatically. She wouldn't eat; she wouldn't take her pills - she was fading in front of me everyday, and I was powerless to stop the deterioration. She needed an around the clock care giver or be at a facility at all times for her well-being, but I didn't know where to start or what to look for. I didn't have grandparents that lived to an old age and my dad died when I was a teen, so this search was foreign. I called a few places, but I didn't know what to ask for and what I should be looking for in a place for my mom. A nurse gave me Nicole Fauss's number and immediately Nicole wanted to get a sense of who my mom is. From her thorough, yet sensitive and understanding, questioning, she deduced that my mom would do much better at a smaller residence. My mom had become almost completely aphasic and her recognition of English had vanished, leaving her with just a scant familiarity with rudimentary Mandarin - and even that was pretty infrequent. So Nicole started to comb the Bay Area for possible, suitable place. She sent me names, short descriptions of these homes and contact info. I revised other things I thought that would be important as this process was undertaking: distance, dietary needs, style of food, I even thought that my mom may feel a bit more comfortable with other people who were Asian and were also in need of memory care. With all these changes, Nicole adjusted her search and would promptly send me lists of places. She would call many of these places first so I didn't have to feel so awkward during my initial phone call. All that she did for my mom and me were far more than I had ever expected anyone to commit. I called, visited and they didn't feel right. Nicole did not push me to take any of these earlier places; she just continued to look for us. I called a place that was surprisingly close to my mom's apartment. It didn't check all the boxes, but it had other aspects that Nicole could sense would be valuable to my mom's health and my state of peace. Nicole's guidance and diligence have led us to this wonderful residence for my mom and has shown that this stage of my mom's life doesn't have to be so saturated with fear and sadness. The home is small. The caregiver to resident ratio is small. There is a pretty yard. The caregivers are not Mandarin speakers, but they listen and observe attentively. The caregivers make sure that the food meets my mom's picky needs as well as her nutritional requirements. They've also expanded my mom's palate as she now eats and drinks far more than she did a month ago. The place is also not a home  specifically for elderly, memory-care residents. Because of this diversity, the energy of the home is much higher than some of the other places I have seen. Being situated in this has helped my mom. She taps her feet to the Supremes coming out of the radio; smiles (she smiles often now) at the other residents on her floor; has meals with them and tries to talk to them. I have a better comprehension of what living with dignity is like. My mom is now in a place that feels like a home, because, quite frankly, it is a home.

They also exceeded my expectations when it came to their home care aides. All staff are carefully screened with criminal and DMV record checks, They are also bonded and insured, but beyond that, AHC really takes the time to match a client with the perfect caregiver to meet their needs. As you walk into the office you can't miss the "Wall of Thanks" which is a collage of letters and notes sent to AHC from clients and their families. Photos and thank yous and dozens of "we don't know what we would have done without you" messages adorn the wall and it really gives me a great feeling knowing that I am working for a company that has done so much to help others and continues to do so.

We expressed that we wanted to start having weekend caregivers where one shift would be 12 hour day shift and the second shift would be 12 hour night shift , Allowing 12 hours off shift for both caregivers. Richard's interpretation of that was to move my solid, Grandfathered weekday caregivers to the two weekend shifts and then he hired someone to Cover my weekday and evening shifts. My regular caregivers were confused and upset about their amount of hours being cut and relegated to the weekend shifts that they typically have had off. When my partner and I brought this up to Richard, he argued that we didn't inform him of During that first meeting, Richard expressed that he listens carefully to every clients needs, How they can handle challenging cases, and that they are good at finding specific caregivers for specific cases.
