While one might associate the men and women who do towing of vehicles in a negative light, let me…read moredispose you of that notion. The muffler fell out of my car earlier this week. Talk about inconvenient. It was laying on the ground but after it cooled, I was able to wrestle it off. Without the muffler, my Saturn sounded like a B52 and therefore undrivable. I immediately called AAA and was promised a tow within 30 minutes. In less time than that, up comes a clean car carrier from Henry's Towing and Mark, the driver. Clean, neat, courteous and polite. He drove my car onto his flatbed and off we went. I drove with Mark in his truck cab. What? No trash? No coffee cups? No, just like you'd keep your home. It was just a tow but done with no pressure and complete efficiency. Mark and I shook hands at the end. Losing your car temporarily is always a chore but if it has to be loaded to a repair shop, Mark and Henry's Towing is a good first bet.

My car was towed for street sweeping; this was my fault, and I can accept that. When I went to retrieve it, I made some complaints about the driver's behavior and was completely brushed off. I continued to voice my complaints and at that point the younger man working made a literal death threat. (The older man was fine, albeit dismissive of the problem) I don't want to hear anything about 'boys being boys' or any of that type of nonsense. You do NOT make threats to anyone, no matter how frustrating you find them. I filed a police report but likely it will be ignored as all these type of interactions are. I feel very unsafe now because this person literally knows where I live. I am posting this as a warning to anyone who has to deal with them. I would welcome contact from the owner of the company, if any other employee attempts to contact me, I will call the police.

Don't waste your time and money!…read more Dropped my car off last week for 2 things. 1st issue--"First of all you need a software update. We can't work on the transmission without that. You need to take it to a dealership." (Weston Automotive) Dealership--"Your software is up to date. And even if it wasn't up to date, they should have been able to tell you what was wrong with the transmission and mix it." (Yes, the dealership correctly identified the problem.) 2nd issue for noise coming from around my tire. Weston Automotive said, "No noise detected. We couldn't hear anything and didn't see anything that needed repairs." Dealership--you urgently need a new control arm! Moral of the story--these mechanics are lazy. They didn't want to figure out what was wrong with my car. Probably because I dropped it off on a Thursday and they decided to close on Friday due to "lack of staff available." They just wanted a long weekend without my car staying there the whole time. What a waste!

He was friendly and respectful, very efficient and showed great care for my car. I was impressed with how he walked around the car making sure to note any damage and discuss with me why he was doing that. We discussed the damages to the wheels and he made sure I was comfortable with how he was going to load the vehicle. He was attentive enough to note that I had another alert on my console and informed me of it. The vehicle was fully secured and double checked before he drove away. I 100% endorse this company and recommend them for any towing needs. I would trust them with any of the vehicles I own! A huge thank you to Derek for the great work and for taking good care of my car!

Six or seven months later the paint on the repaired area started bubbling, and small dots appeared across the surface. That is not how a new bumper behaves. It is what happens when filler is used over an existing damaged panel. I brought the car back and they redid the work. The same bubbling and the same dots returned a few months later. Two attempts, the same failure both times. I will not be going back, and I do not believe I received the new bumper I paid for.
