I hired Ken to restore my piano in August of 2020. Not only didn't he not complete the job, his…read moreworkers (teens) dropped my piano while carrying it out and caused damage to a corner which Ken removed to repair and never returned. As of November 2021 I have reached out to Ken several times, he has never returned my call. Ken told me he was working with others to figure out what needed to be done to get my piano up a d running. I paid Ken $2780 up front for the job! What a mistake. I'm in the process of filing a civil court case. What a disaster!!
