The message referenced my personal arrest record, despite there being no conviction and no concerns raised about my daughter's behavior or performance in class. February tuition was also cited as unpaid, though it was not yet due. As a parent, I expect transparency regarding curriculum, professionalism in communication, and decisions based solely on a child's conduct -- not unrelated personal matters involving a parent. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those expectations.
