The day before they called and cancelled it, rescheduled over a month later. Right before that appointment, they called again to cancel it. They have a strict policy for cancellations and if you're late, which I can respect, but the same courtesy should be given to patients. I did reach out to a few friends that use this office and they did not have this experience, so I'm hoping it was a fluke. Like other reviews stated, the staff wasn't overly friendly, not enough to turn me off from returning, but definitely not friendly enough to make me feel super welcome.

Currently, this office is taking all COVID-19 safety precautions, including requiring masks be worn by all patients and staff. The office staff were pleasant to be around during this stressful time. Dr Shuster is kind and knowledgeable. She provided me not only some blue light protectant sunscreen lotion samples to try and a mild prescription but discussed diet as well. She also took into consideration the cost of a prescription, providing a generic drug option and coupon options if my health insurance didn't cover the prescription.
