I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service.

I was concerned how was I going to be outside this summer with 8 treatments remaining. Glad it won't be an issue now. The woman who did my laser (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very informative and made me feel comfortable. This was my second session so I'm still pretty new. I added on a new service, my upper lip (because why be hairless everywhere else and still have a mustache?!) and the woman walked me through what it would feel like and even did a test on my neck before we began- I appreciated that. She was thorough and took her time making sure to get every spot. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to come back! I've seen amazing results after the first session so I can't wait to see if any hair grows back now.

She then yelled at me when I suggested I should receive some sort of compensation for the severe inconvenience, told me I was out of luck because I already paid for the service and then hung up on me. Every single laseraway employee I've ever met has told me they are looking for a new job and hate working there and clearly it's managers like yona driving away good employees and customers. I'm shocked she still has a job with customer service/managerial "skills" like I saw tonight, but hopefully she enjoyed getting off early tonight on June 23 2026. Avoid and take your business elsewhere unless you want your appt cancelled without notice 5 minutes before so the manager can tell you she doesn't care because you already paid for the appt, hang up on you and then leave early.

What concerned me most was the treatment itself. The technician did not mark or properly assess the treatment areas, and it felt like she was simply guessing rather than being precise. She didn't pause to check that every area had been treated evenly. When I asked her to lower the air pressure because I was uncomfortable, my request was ignored. This location is not the same since the previous technicians left. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has noticeably declined. There was no welcoming atmosphere, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and no sense of structure. What was especially frustrating is that there wasn't a single other client waiting, yet the technician still rushed through my appointment. The session was completed much faster than expected, and I honestly do not believe all of the treatment areas were covered properly. Laser hair removal should be performed carefully and methodically. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore.
