Something has shifted in the past year, and it's ugly. The staff are rude, and constantly blame my daughter for any little problem that arises. Right before Dr. Mason retired, he admitted to me that all my daughter's broken brackets up to that point were from a new inexperienced tech placing her braces. He himself took the time to re-do nearly all her upper brackets and we have had nearly no issues since then. I am disgusted by how my daughter is treated there, and wish we could finish her braces elsewhere. We absolutely will not be returning for my last two children's braces here.

When I think of an orthodontist i picture lighting money on fire and watching it burn. My 7 year…read moreson was referred to this orthodontist because his adult teeth weren't coming through despite losing his baby teeth. I was freaking out before our first visit because I knew this was basically going to be another car payment. I couldn't be any further from reality! Dr. Garner recommended a very conservative approach that included waiting 6 months to give his teeth a chance to Come in on their own; unfortunately they didn't. His treatment was not thousands of dollars for braces or pulling teeth. What!? Wait.what!? Dr. Garner takes the treatment route that works in the best of the patient, not his pockets. We ended up with expanders and my son's teeth although not perfect look fantastic! He will still need braces, but we can wait until ALL his teeth come in to get braces. No teeth need to be pulled & my son isn't terrified of any dental work.

Every staff member treated my 7yr old daughter very well and made her first visit to an orthodontics unforgettable. Ann was amazing! They have a really awesome token reward process for their patients. You can earn tokens each visit by doing things as simple as wearing their t-shirt to each visit, brushing your teeth well, plus much more. You can earn great prizes if you have a specific amount of tokens! When it was Lydian the place was clean, had friendly staff, and the dentist was excellent. Lydian didn't push unnecessary procedures. Both my wife and myself rarely ever have dental problems. That's the other thing - we never see the same hygienist or dentist anymore. Lot's of turnaround in the office. We went for a second opinion and we don't have the cavities this place says we had.
