She checked me in and about 10min later I was called back for my procedure. I suggest if you have the same issue to head to the back and ask for assistance. Once in the back, everything ran smoothly. Just silence during a vulnerable moment when I needed guidance to care for her properly. When I finally got someone on the line to ask about her prescription--after significant confusion caused by the fact that it had been sent two weeks early and was released days before the procedure--I expressed my frustration and concern. The response? A cold, sarcastic: "Well, I'm sorry you're having a bad day." That comment said it all. This place may technically perform the procedures, but they fail in the most essential area: care. No compassion. No guidance. No sense that the people they serve are going through a challenging, emotional moment. Finally, Dr. Hong stuck me in another room where I had to wait for another member of staff to convince me to schedule the expensive surgery and pay for additional costs out of pocket. I was told that the best option would be to prep and crown every single tooth. Dr. Chae is truly remarkable. His craft and precision are SECOND TO NONE. This entire practice is elite. I know this because I'm a son of a dentist and I can confidently say that this practices the most elite practice that I've ever experienced in my long history of dental care. Dr. Chae crowned every tooth and my smile looks real to the extent that people have complimented me on my teeth not knowing that what they are seeing are actually crowns. I went from an eroded, shortened teeth due to grinding and ended up with a genuinely beautiful smile that sincerely looks 100% real. I have increased my dental hygiene to the extent that I have a water pick and toothbrush at work after I eat lunch. I am so happy with my smile that I want it to last as long as possible as I am 31 and presumably have a lot of life ahead of me. I feel confident in the longevity of the total mouth rehabilitation given the extreme detail that Dr. Chae practices (he redid what was supposed to be an original final crown because they were not exactly how he wanted them to be at no extra cost, but just because of his demanding of perfection to the extent that is possible). It was a long process, the full mouth rehabilitation took around 15 visits over 6 months of multiple sets of temporary crowns, each improving on the last. I would trust Dr. Chae with my mouth forever because I know that he simply demands perfection and I have responded to his enthusiasm by implementing a strict floss 2x daily, waterpick 3x daily, brush 3x daily because I want my mouth to look exactly how it does now for as long as possible. I am confident that this rehabilitation will last a very long time given my new dental hygiene routine. If anything were to change, I would only go to Dr. Chae and this practice. There are several prosthodontists and their performance I can tell is similarly detail oriented, and elite. But given the fact that Dr. Chae completely rehabilitated my mouth, I would go nowhere else. I supremely recommend this practice more than five stars. It is as top notch as you can get. I can confidently say that if I were a patient, I would trust Dr. Chae's treatment plan and work over anybody else. I am very grateful to the practice and I was extremely warmly received and I will never forget how good of an experience I had at this place.

His name wasn't on the door or on any of the paperwork I was sent home with - it was handwritten in at the bottom of the paperwork. I had an upper molar extraction. I was told bone grafting was essential even though I didn't want an implant. I was charged $1,835. I had the same upper molar on the side of my mouth removed nine months earlier elsewhere - for $365. An attempt was made to upsell stem cell injection into my extraction site for $400 more - I declined. I was in horrific pain on the Friday before a holiday weekend so I did what I had to do and paid $1,835 for a single molar extraction. 19 days later, I returned to have my stitches removed. I didn't see the surgeon. An assistant told me that since I wasn't going to pay for an implant, there was no reason to see the surgeon and that the assistant would remove my stitches himself - he did. Then, I was told to go to the front desk where I was told that I should have been charged $1,865 instead of $1,835 so I have an outstanding balance of $30 after today's stitches removal. I stated I was not going to pay an additional $30 today. The assistant who removed my stitches (3 weeks post extraction) told me to wait another week (4 weeks total) before eating anything hard, but the paperwork I was sent home with on the extraction day said to wait only two week so I had already been eating hard food for a week per surgeon orders... Very frustrating after following all the written instructions perfectly. I will not be going back.

Within two years, every single one of those fillings had to be redone because small gaps had formed between the filling and the tooth.
