Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work. I had another company come out who recommended a costly replacement. It speaks to the integrity of this company that they put my interests ahead of theirs. Would definitely use them again.

They even walked around with magnets several times to ensure no nails were left to cause problems. The were very informative and answered all of my many questions. Dealt with my insurance and followed-up with any questions I had getting forms for them to reduce my rates.
